We have found the restaurant to always be clean, and the waitstaff friendly and attentive. It has parking garage access, and if you dine in the restaurant or bar, they validate your parking. I was traveling alone, and on my arrival night at the hotel, I had a beer at the bar and enjoyed chatting with the bartenders. In the morning, I returned to get some work done over breakfast and coffee. I went with the omelette- which is build your own- and a latte. The meal came with big smashes potatoes on the side, along with sourdough bread & jam. Enjoyed my drink as well, made with Starbucks coffee & added vanilla. The breakfast was a whopping $30 however, which I find kind of wild. Is it just that it's because the restaurant is inside a hotel? Maybe these are typical Chicago prices? Either way, plan to spend a fair bit to dine here.
