The owner was working the day my husband and I went in and he spent his time explaining the pros and cons of each item we were looking for. Even though we were new to some of the products we were interested in, he didn't make us feel stupid or inconvenient and informed us thoroughly on the product. It was reasonably priced and the owner seemed genuinely interested in our goals. He even called after we made a purchase to see how we were doing.
