While speaking on the phone with sales person Theresa, i wanted to learn more about the manufacturer of the turf i was interested in, so i can research the company. She didn't want to disclose the name of manufacturer (what was she hiding??), she was very defensive and nasty on the phone. She was one of the outmost unpleasant and unprofessional sales person I've ever dealt with. Terrible customer service - take your business elsewhere.
