The idea of Happy High Herbs is much more appealing than the place itself. They sell all kinds of herbal uppers, downers, and side-to-siders. A friend of mine took the (very legal) herbal ecstasy from Happy High Herbs at a music festival and she said it increased her heart rate, but made her feel strangely sedated and was not a very pleasant experience in general. The same hippy friend bought a herb from Happy High Herbs that apparently gives you vivid and bizarre dreams when you smoke it. But she said that didn't seem to work either.
