Came back Saturday at 3:17 and had awful interaction with Allison. Who was rude and said yeah "don't know what to tell you she left at 3 she went home sick" I said mam we have now came several times. She smirked and said "don't know what to tell you. My friend and I wanted matching ones and they had the one in stock that everywhere else hasn't had, and now I understand why! Today, we showed up at 3 o'clock and the sweet girl working today informs me that she wasn't sick yesterday that she didn't even work yesterday. So Allison is a liar. She said that she was off Thursday the first day I tried, everybody could do it but she couldn't do it for us today because she was the ONLY one scheduled and they're not allowed to do permanent jewelry when there aren't multiple people working. So AGAIN FALSE advertisement!!!! They do not offer it's she said the girl that was her yesterday is suppose to come in but I can't do you pass 3:30. She texts the girl and she says that she'll be there "sometime by 4." I've never seen anything like this. It's so unprofessional. I would of left a zero. I will pay double somewhere that is honest, appreciates their customers and doesn't give the run around.
