Angela's expertise with the Owensboro market area was something that takes years to develop. Her property management skills enhanced her approach to helping me. She had contacts for everything from repairs to insurance. Angela was helpful in so many ways along with being personable. She treats you like forever family. Property was not cleaned upon moving in. i moved in, and had the carpets shampoo'd. I also hired a…read moreprofessional cleaner. Upon moving out... the carpets were cleaned again, and a professional cleaner was hired. This was noted by the property manager or so that's what was said... until it came time to find that in their notes and then there was nothing to be found. Benchmark took my deposit and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The deposit was taken for "cleaning" and "carpet cleaning" which had already been done and noted in my file until it came time to find that. Thankfully, I had that in my records as proof; but that didn't matter. They, what I would consider, stole my deposit money and did so with a smirk on their faces. I left the property in much better condition than when I left. I own rental properties and would never recommend anyone renting from them if they don't want to be scammed or have their deposit rightfully returned to them.

This is a terrible company to do business with.
