bought a wedding ring here and diamonds were falling out left and right,, it started to tarnish in…read moreless than 2 and a half months (she said it was since it's white gold it's from a chemical reaction to something...? i have decades old white gold jewelry not tarnished?) spent around 2k for the ring and wedding band then called the company and they kept saying its normal for diamonds to fall out within the first month and that they will fix all 3 of the "hand mined diamonds" that fell out of it for free (which i already thought was weird). i asked for the serial number of my ring and the real company phone number of who made the ring when i called them only 1 was made and sold in 2001 and they have the paperwork. we supposedly bought a brand new ring never worn?? once i found out the ring they sold me was fake i wasn't very kind over the phone. i have photos with dates below of what a ring from there with your hard earned money looks like in less than 3 months.

I stopped by the Kenefick Pit on a Friday evening for some BBQ for the family and ran in to a gentleman there for BBQ wearing a tie . We don't have many tie wearing folks in Kenefick. So I asked him if he was from our area, he said yes, he lives in Kenefick as well. With my curiosity still a buzz, I asked him where he works. He stated he works at the Jewelry Store in Liberty Tx. I didn't even know there was a jewelry store in Liberty, he told me exactly where it's located (next to Walmart). I then asked him if he does watch repairs, he said yes. I asked if he would be there for a minute at the pit while I run home to get my Seiko watch for him to take to work the next day for repairs. Mind you, I didn't know this mans name or if he was telling me the truth about where he lives, or works, or how much it was going to cost me for the repairs, or if he would even be there at the pit when I returned. I ran home, just down the street, returned to Kenefick Pit, he was still there and I handed him my watch. Still not knowing his name, he left with his BBQ, and my watch. The next day around noon, I went to Coats Jewelers in Liberty to pick up my watch. As I drove by the front doors I could see two employees in the store. They must have noticed me drive by as well, because as I walked in the front door there stood the man I met the previous evening holding my watch in his hand. As I walked in he said that he had my watch ready and fixed. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing, it was a Christmas gift and wished me a Merry Christmas. He then asked me if I make it a habit of giving my jewelry to random people, lol. He introduced himself (Bobby Coats) and I introduced myself. Anyway, to make a long story short, they have a great selection of jewelry and I will be going back with my wife so she can pick something out for our anniversary. They are honest folks trying to make an honest living. I believe in supporting local business's and will shop at Coats Jewelers in the future, I highly recommend them. Oh, one more thing, he wasn't wearing a tie on Saturday, but very professional and kind.

I saw it when I got home and I took it apart and fixed it. It was very apparent that they didn't know what they were doing or how to fix it after they let the inner spring detach. 3) While I was fixing that, I noticed that the bolt caps on rear of the drivers seat had the tabs broken off and were just sitting in the space, because they fell out when I got in the truck. When I contacted them, I was told that they don't discuss diagnostics over the phone and wanted me to come in. I told them I had already fixed it and it was obvious that they didn't know what they were doing. 4) Today, I got new tires and noticed a rattle from the passenger side, when I looked, the screws that hold the seat in were not tightened, so the seat was rattling. It didn't sit right with me that they could determine the price once they got there, felt like bait and switch. I called a few more places some didn't do key fobs, but one did and referred Joseph. Speaking with Joseph immediately I felt knowledgeable and trustworthy coming through the phone. No fluctuating price to be determined once completing my vehicle.
