I struggled with anxiety and general unhappiness my whole life and after some especially rough events in my life it got to a point where I felt empty, life felt pointless, and existing was a struggle. Very much depressed! I tried all sorts of things, traditional therapy, diet & exercise (which helped), medications (which temporarily numbed but then badly backfired) however, nothing seemed to have a lasting effect. I would have done anything to get myself out of that emotional mess and Anna came highly recommended so, with a little skepticism but an open mind, I decided to give hypnotherapy a try. I have noticed immediate relief after just a couple of sessions, I found my mind focusing more on the bright side and it was easier to snap out anxiety, so I decided to go at it full force and between live sessions and recordings, hypnotherapy became a daily practice for a few months. The general sense of well-being I reached then became the foundation for improvements in all other areas of my life. Feelings of anxiety and depression still come up at times, but I don't spiral down with them anymore. I now often feel calm, joyful, and overall more positive and motivated. I've never been to a hypnotherapist before and have been wanting to try it out for awhile. I had some childhood trauma that I knew couldn't be healed through a regular psychiatrist or therapist. I knew I had some deeper issues in my subconscious that needed to be addressed and that's exactly what Ana worked on when helping me heal through my trauma. Every time I walked into her office, I felt this warm welcoming feeling of security. You can tell she puts a lot into making the room vibrate positive energy. Even if I was having a stressful day, I could walk into her office and automatically feel at peace. I'm very sensitive to people's energy around me whether it's good or bad so it was nice to get a cleanse of positive energy from her after dealing with energy vampires from work all day. She helped me realize what I was missing as a child that was affecting me as an adult and was able to heal that part of myself. I was keeping a lot of emotions in from my past that I thought I had already dealt with and was actually calling Ana for a friend, but then found myself crying during our first phone call. I learned how to use "zoom" and we had a wonderful session-when it was over, my husband had been in another room. He said I hope you do not mind, but I listened too, and she is good. Where do I start? I found Anna at the beginning of 2018. I was a man who had lost touch with his self and his family. I was in a very bad place and hurting the people who loved me most. I first met Anna when I went to her for my first ever Reiki session. I was immediately set at ease by Anna. Her whole being was gentle, welcoming and concerned with my needs. I came to Anna a couple months ago to help resolve a specific fear of mine. My experience with Anna Dabrowski has been nothing less than life changing. Anna was referred to me by a friend in Fall 2019, and in my first session I received the most incredible Reiki treatment ever! If you are anyone who is struggling with self image, self doubt, or low self esteem you NEED to talk with Anna. I reached out to Anna for help with test anxiety which she helped me fix through my sessions with her. I purchased a total of 6 sessions with her but even after the first session I had with her, I noticed a difference. The first session you have with Anna is magical. I can't think of a better word for it, it is truly magic. My experience with Anna is only positive, I have only good things to say about her. Anna is kind, caring and she genuinely cares about her clients. Doing what she does I imagine can be draining because she literally tries her absolute best to restore whatever it is you are missing. Anna is very selfless, her job as a healer takes a lot of emotional and physical energy but she does it so gracefully. For me it has worked! As someone who was not very spiritual before, I can confidently say that I am more so now. Spirituality can mean very different things depending on the person. It definitely does not have a simple definition. Anna has taught me so much more than just how to overcome test anxiety. Throughout the program with Anna, she has showed me the importance of doing things that make you happy even when you feel like you don't have the time. I am sitting here trying to find the right words to describe my experience with Anna and there are truly no words to explain how amazing and gifted she is. I just got done with my second session today and I spent about an hour afterwards with my husband just non stop talking about how amazing she is. She gives off the most amazing energy and just being around her makes me feel so much better. She is an amazing healer, whether you have anxiety and depression, are going through grief, PTSD, ect... She is so good at explaining how the brain works and how the process goes and she is amazing at hypnotherapy. The first session I did was for past life regression and that went absolutely amazing, I got to have glimpses at my past lives and I was going to go again for that to see more but due to an event that happened I came to her for a different purpose (which was today) and the minute I came out of hypnosis, I immediately felt different and better than when I came in.
