I have come to the Healthy Hub at least once a week but not since California ordered "Shelter in Place" so I am not sure if they are even open. But any who, I have gone to this place twice as I was craving a low calorie and healthy shake that also taste delicious and luckily GOOGLE and YELP led me to this place! My dude and I came the first time and was greeted by friendly staff. They were very kind and informed us how the drink combos work. Which consisted of One Shake and One tea for $8 you seriously can't beat that! That is definitely a steal! The first time I got the Chocolate Banana shake with Spicy Cucumber tea with no Tajin as the dude doesn't like it. The drinks were so delicious and flavorful! The shake was so creamy and tea had so much flavor! So yummy. The second time I came in I got the Banana Carmel which was delicious and a Lemon Cranberry Tea as well. So yummy! They also have a stamp card and rewards to type in your number. I am seriously craving one right now and hoping they are open during the shut downs. I had such a bizarre and unpleasant experience here. Recently found them and really liked the shake I tried. Staff was also friendly, so I was looking forward to stopping in regularly after my workout. Unfortunately my second experience was completely different from the first. After I ordered, the gal asked me to sign into a system, and I politely declined, saying "Oh no thank you." Instantly, the other employee whipped around and informed me brusquely, "It really helps us, but fine. Just so you know, we're going to ask you every time you come in." He said the last part like some kind of weird threat? His curtness took me so off guard, it took me a minute to process. When my drink was ready, the employee who took my order explained their sign in system. I listened politely and thanked her for the information. I started to explain that I just wasn't comfortable or interested in sharing my personal information, when the other employee immediately cut me off with, "That's fine. That's why we have this." And pointed to a sign on the wall that said "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." Mind blown. So, you would rather lose me as a customer than respect my right to keep my sensitive information private? I opened my mouth a few times to ask that question, but the individual tersely interrupted me every time, "That's fine. Yep, that's fine." His angry tone told me it was definitely the opposite of fine. I left with my jaw hanging open. My appetite for those shakes stayed in the store. I have never been treated rudely for declining to share my personal information with a business, and I was just genuinely confused by the whole interaction. Maybe the person had something else going on that day? Maybe I don't understand the nature of the Herbalife club? I was thinking of the place as a small business that I was happy to begin patronizing regularly, but maybe it's for members only? I didn't see any of that information, but wow was that an awful way to start the day. Civil customer service at least seems to be "members only." read more

I didn't get "have the best day ever" lol after I went back to go get my drink remade, i usually go to the healthy hub once a week and the staff there are usually so nice . I always get he same thing , strawberry cheese cake , no works but light strawberry drizzle. Today I went in and it was a lady I have never seen there before I wouldn't be surprise if she was the owner but she made my drink wrong and didn't put drizzle, I didnt want to complain bout the drizzle . I'll get over it , but when I tried it .. it tasted like shit so I went back to just get a tea but she insists to remake it with an attitude and said next time say strawberry cheesecake and still no drizzle after the remake so apparently that day I was the one who didnt say anything right, won't be going back !! They have protein shakes made with Herbalife products that are out of this world, and with flavors like Salted Caramel Cookie, Apple Pie, and Cinnamon Toast, there's something for everyone. I stopped by, the staff was helpful and friendly they explained to me how their teas and shakes work (combos,toppings, mixing flavors,etc.) and the shop it's self is spotless and has a great atmosphere.
