I brought my elderly Father here for service on his hearing aids that he purchased from another…read morelocation, Michelle Hatala [an old friend of the family that I didn't know worked here] and Claire Copley cleaned and serviced my Dad's hearing aids and taught him and I how to place them to get the best performance. He was amazed at how much better they worked after 10 minutes. I'm thrilled with the service at this location. My only complaint is the long flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor location - I doubt my Dad is the only older client that struggles with the stairs [note: they have a stair lift available but Dad wasn't waiting for it]. 5 star service - 1/2 star for the stairs.
