But in the end you are on your own! One year later we are still dealing with abdominal issues. My wife no longer has a belly button. Look in the mirror Lady's and imagine what you would look like with a huge scar instead of a belly button. Use your brains and not your emtions. These women do not care what harm they cause. You could tell who ever designed it took a lot of care with the little details also. The staff was friendly and courteous. They were very efficient, but made you feel very comfortable. They answer any questions you have. I had a procedure that needed precertified and they let me know when they were having problems getting in touch with my insurance so I didn't worry when I didn't hear from them. They don't leave you hanging. I have already recommended this office and Dr. Juran to my family and friends and will continue to do so.

This due to billing, the outsourcing of the call center, and not being able to speak to someone in the office. Talking to an actual billing person is near impossible. Every time I am in the office there is always a new charge for something. I have also found in my EOB's that there are charges that aren't even covered with my insurance or the services have been entered incorrectly. Unfortunately, I will have to leave because of this issue. My medical is expensive enough, I don't need the headache of trying to figure out their mess every time I have an appointment.
