The apartments themselves are amazing, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, nice appliances, etc. Chris, the manager, is great! She is very friendly and goes above and beyond... total class. I would recommend Crosby Pointe to anyone!

The front yard and backyard garden, previously tended by a previous homeowner, wS neglected by college student renters. We tore our old bushes and brush and asked the landscape designer @ Lilydale for help w reworking the yard w trees and native shrubs to welcome birds, bees and butterflies back. We started with a plan..that added a beautiful Jade Maple to our front yard and dogwoods and arborvitae to the back in year one. In year two we added 2 serviceberries and shrubs! The landscape crew carefully placed our plants and we love the results!

I cannot say enough great things about this complex, prior to moving in the unit was cleaned inside and out and immaculate. The caretakers are cleaning every floor of the complex daily and take very good care of the property inside as well as small details like the flower planters outside and keeping refuse out of the parking lots etc. The building itself is nearly soundproof, i wondered if i even had neighbors for quite some time since i never heard anything through the walls. If you ever have a maintenance issue and stop in to see Anne, she is quick to have someone dispatched right to your unit to have it resolved. I never had to wait for things to be fixed or repaired, they were always right on top of it. The unit itself was extremely spacious, the price was just right and it is in a perfect location. Also having the underground parking was wonderful in the winter time. The Management (Anne) is great, she always makes herself available and is quick to help out in any way she can. She runs a great ship over at the Charlton West!

My cat became severely constipated and required emergency medical treatment costing $900. They won't pay for it or even apologize. Don't live there if you love your pets or children.

There is a locked package room that emails you the code or texts you to retrieve the package at your convenience. Rent is reasonable for a two bedroom apartment and the units come with in unit laundry and dryer! There is a recreation room, pool, gym, and dog park out back. Additionally, this building is so pet friendly that there is dog-waste bags provided if you forget your own at several spots surrounding the building. The front desk often provides doggy biscuits and mints for the residents during their office hours as well which is a cute little bonus. Residents here tend to be quiet but friendly and management throws a couple engagement events a year that are well run and tend to have a pretty good turnout. Since moving here we have recommended it to a friend who just signed a lease as well. We have nothing but good things to say. Additionally, the maintenance and cleaning team is some of the best I've seen ever. We appreciate this place and their commitment to their residents. Additionally, if you're an active person, this building is close to so many walkable bars, residents, hiking trails, and more. Love this place!

I don't normally write reviews but the way we were treated by management during the past 2 months…read morehas forced my hand. On the outside, this place looks like a good place to be, but live there for a minute and you'll find out just how terrible management can be and how they will nickel and dime you. We were in the process of closing on a home and informed management of our intent to move out close to 3 months in advance. Management let us know there would be a 1-month rent charge due before our move out. We completely understood and asked if there was any way we could pay the final charge on our move-out date. They said yes that wouldn't be a problem, the next day our account said past due, and 2 days later we were charged $5,625. I emailed them twice about it and they ignored me. BUT IT GETS SO MUCH WORSE We cleaned out our apartment over a week before moving out. Since we still had time, we emailed management to make sure our place was clean enough so that we would get our full deposit back. They sent us an email back with all the things they wanted us to clean better. So we came back on a later day and spent hours cleaning to make sure it was absolutely spotless. We even brought in outside help. What did they do? The property manager took pictures of the apartment from the first time we emailed them (10 days before moving out) when they knew it was still dirty, and then sent those pictures in - knowing we wouldn't get our full deposit. Then, responded to us saying we still had cleaning to do and gave us our keys back so we could keep cleaning - knowing full well they had already sent pictures in and that they were going to take money away from our deposit. Come move out day, we turn the keys in and ask if management would like to walk through the apartment together to make sure everything was squared away. They declined. We took videos and photos of every square inch of the apartment before moving out because we had a suspicion this could happen. Fast-forward to a month later, we lost nearly $400 off our security deposit. We were charged $60 for a sewage fee (we hadn't lived there in 2 months), an admin fee (a security deposit admin fee?), a water fee, and low and behold, we were charged for every single thing the property manager said to 'clean better' - WHICH WE DID. In total, costing us $250 as well as hours of time. Not to mention, we were charged for carpet cleaning even though we paid a $200 pet deposit per pet - another $400 total. We called and emailed the property manager and others at At Home Apartments. They said the pictures they got from the property manager were different from the ones we sent and therefore they 'stand by their employee's side completely'. So what can we do? They took our money, they wouldn't help us, and I called/emailed spelling out exactly what happened and they did absolutely nothing to help us. All we have is our ability to leave reviews. I wish I could give them a zero but a 1 will have to do instead.

So if they start going at it at 2 am you're going to be up at 2am too! Very frustrating, especially because I work overnight shift so I'm not even home 3-4 nights of the week, but even when I am home I can't count on getting peaceful sleep during the day or nighttime. The physical positives include a beautiful apartment and good location. I'm excited to move out this year.
