The site said they respond within 24-48 hours so I waited a couple of days and got no response. I then proceeded to message them on their Facebook page to have them read my message but not respond again. It's since been a week and I still have not heard anything. I was rather disappointed in this experience considering all of the great things I've said. Sorry not sorry, but you guys lost 2 potential clients.

The place seems to need more staff or at least a receptionist. We went to another salon one block away and was quoted $10 less and got one-on-one service right away.
