I just had one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had in my life at this firm. I had paid a $150 "consult fee" -- which they told me would apply to future legal services. When I called back to re-engage, they informed me I had to pay another $150 consult fee. Why would I need to pay the same fee twice. I was calling in to contract with them.
