I am so upset with the level of professionalism of this gym. My daughter signed up to better…read moreherself and work out. She did one consultation with a coach who made her feel horrible. She walked out of the building feeling fat shamed, ugly, obese, a failure and having no chance at success in changing her lifestyle. After one consultation, she has refused to step foot back in that building. I called the business and tried to work with management to get this resolved. After she paid over 450.00 for nothing, and I mean NOTHING, she was approached again to come back in and meet with the same coach. Who again followed the same approach. I finally got it worked out for her to go in and cancel her membership and the coach was supposed to have been addressed. Not only did she not get an apology she was forced to pay an additional 250 fee for early cancellation. Be warned, be warned. Not only are the coaches unprofessional, but they wont acknowledge what has already been paid. She has now paid over 700 for three gym visits, and made to feel awful. 700.00 for three (3) visits to a gym.... There was another way, and a month of trying to work this out, deserves this review

We were here for a swim meet, so this review is mostly just for the aquatic center /pool. The…read morefacility itself is nice, but there is a major problem with water quality. There is green algae growing in the water and on the pool bottom. Otherwise the facility has a nice layout and gym with elevated walking track. If they fix the water quality problem, this would be five star.
