I had a work place injury that was life changing for me in so many ways. I was truly lost and afraid. I did some research and came across Jim Higgins name frequently. I read a few reviews but was still unconvinced. I saw his video's that he did for the news and liked what and how he had to say. I liked the fact that he didn't pull any punches or promise the moon in his advertisements or videos. He wasn't yelling at you and telling you he was the best and the only one to get you lots of money. When I set up the appointment, Jim was kind enough to meet me half way, since I live in Sparta. He immediately made me feel comfortable and listened too, for the first time this happened. My only complaint was that I did not contact him as soon as I was injured. I thought my company was truly going to take my injury seriously and give me the care I needed to get back to work. That was all I wanted. Jim never promised me to make me rich and plainly stated that under the worker's compensation laws, IF it became necessary to sue, that I would not make out like a personal injury claim. He and his staff have always been honest with me, even if I didn't want to hear the truth but were kind and gentle. They understood the stress and strain I was under and did everything to gently take care of me and answer any question I had. I never had any problem with getting answers to any questions I had at any time. Whether it was by email or phone call, I always got a quick response from him or someone in his office. Jim and his office are the kindest people I have met in a long time. I hope to never have anything like this happen again or to anyone I know, but if I do, I will use Jim Higgins or suggest him. I've worked with Jim Higgins and his team on two occasions now and couldn't be more grateful for the attention they gave my case. I am coming to the end of a workmen compensation case and was completely frustrated with the inevitable outcome and was searching for answers.
