If you don't expect anything to go wrong, Tapestry Bocage is on the pricier side for what it delivers. However, expect any issue to be mishandled and poorly communicated.

This week during a thunderstorm, there was a lightning hit on my rooftop air-conditioner unit. My apartment manager Connie Walker, immediately set out to assure me, that Sablechase would correct the problem to complete my satisfaction, as this is my home. Yancey Cabibi the supervisor here at Sablechase Apartments was directly involved with finding the correct solution quickly and shown very professional overall in repairing everything to complete satisfaction. The air unit on roof was changed out by Yancey, and his assistant Fuzzy was courteous and efficient helping with the Freon replacement. Yancey was diligent inspecting the outside building breaker box, replacing the main fuse that was causing sparks and lights to flicker on and off inside the apartment. I was very worried, but completely assured that every aspect of repairs were done timely, efficiently with concern shown for my personal safety, and all my household possessions. With the weather here in south Louisiana going from hot to cold in a day, Yancey Cabibi worked to complete the repairs, even inspecting my heating system. He followed up to complete satisfaction, guaranteeing my trust in this management team of professionals. I've lived here at Sablechase Apartments for 20 years, and this team of individuals in property management have the right stuff when it comes down to day to day operations. Choosing why I want to keep living here, is mainly because Sablechase has the right people hired to oversee this property.
