I drove around a little thinking doesn't this town have any liquor stores? Then I see beer lights in this house. Yes the liquor store is in a converted older house. I see Spotted Cow right away as I enter, but they had 12 packs in cans. I do not like beer in cans, so worker says they have it in bottles in a case. He walks to the back of the house/store to get it for me. I've had moon man in the past. He tells me Totally Naked beer is a lighter form of Spotted Cow so I get a 6 pack of that. My id wasn't even checked, but I'm 46. $40 later and man carries out the case to the car for me. Wow, great service. Only flaw was parking was for 4 cars in front and had to wait for this pickup to leave the entrance to lot. Luckily, no traffic behind me. Support the locals!

As I went to pay a large curly haired man grabbed the coupon off of the neck of the bottle and brusquely said the "price takes the coupon into consideration," and had the girl ring the wine up full price. I have purchased this particular bottle of wine often, and I know it is generally $12 without sale-I have never seen the wine priced $14 or more... I mentioned this to the man and he shrugged. I suggested that if this was actually the case (which I'm pretty sure it is not) it would be a good idea to remove the coupon before they put the product out on the floor. I visited Divine Liquor the first day they opened and was happy to see that the owner John there. He was very friendly and welcomed me to the store. He talked about some of their upcoming special and showed me the walk in beer cooler. They have my favorite Vodka and a good selection of wine so I will be back. One other thing that is kind of funny is that this same location use to be my sons daycare center. I actually took them in so they could see how different it was.
