However, the third, a slim, bald and grouchy old gentleman, will make you lose the horn if you need him for anything. Aside from not being friendly, he gives the impression that he is doing you a favor, when in fact he should be grateful that we are putting our money in the business that he depends on to live. I believe in his case those are only his frustrations of the very miserable life he has and that he ends up "beating" in other people.
