The kitchen design team is great. They are on the ball and always have their A game. Don't waste many hours at Lowe's like I did, go straight to Home Depot, especially on any interior jobs. Sam and Benia as well as the rest of the staff always have your best interests heart. When choosing a kitchen for my wife, my wife simply said whatever Sam chooses go with. You won't have a single regret when dealing with them. Not knowing what kind of backsplash or evening knowing how to do a backsplash, they gave me a personal class on how to do one and used the material that I was going to be using. I bought a Husky Mobile work bench/tool box which apparently was missing the set of keys. I was told that they would order a replacement key. It has now been almost four weeks and no keys. The worst experience is calling for an update and have to go through four different people and still have no clue. I get referred to a person who is apparently off that day when I call or be put on hold until the line disconnects. read more

The staff quality has it's ups and downs, but there are always a few steady folks carrying the stores weight. I purchased 3 rite lite picture frame lights on line. The process was easy and simple. Received on time, good shape, only to find 2 of the 3 did not work. I e mailed Home Depot to find out to return and credit my account. They replied in a timely manner stating I could send back or I could return to the Albany store. I returned them to the store, very pleasantly and quickly handled! Happy with store Home Depot on line, not the product. read more
