Within a few seconds, she had the copies that I needed. I appreciated the help, but, even more than that, I appreciated the willingness to help that Ana displayed. Whereas some business employees either complain or show a bad attitude when asked for extra help, Ana was polite and efficient and seemed willing to go the extra mile. I definitely appreciated her, and I'm so glad to have this Ace Hardware store nearby.

I dislike having keys made that don't work, and even though they're usually remade for free, it's a hassle to drive back to the store. Well, that never happens at this Branson Ace Hardware. The keys work EVERY TIME. But, of course, there are many more reasons I shop at Ace Hardware. I love Magnolia paint that they stock. Lowe's used to carry it, but don't anymore. And they are one of the few places in the area to carry the half gallon size of Ball jars.

I can tell they put a lot of care into the store and their displays. the parking lot is very easy to get in and out of depending which way you are traveling - I would just say be cautious turning left out of the lot during peak times, as it's on a busy Street. There are several Boutique time items in the shop that are new with tags. they aren't brands that you would necessarily be familiar with oh, but it's nice to be able to buy items that have never been worn. My husband and I donated furniture here, and someone pick it up for us, which was a tremendous help. We just had to call and schedule a time. My big critique is the pricing. First of all, I didn't see any notice of tag sales, which I believe is a staple of thrift stores. Second of all, the pricing seem to be more than what I would see at comparable thrift stores, even Goodwill, which tends to be priced high. The pricing seems to be somewhere in between thrift and consignment prices. I did find a couple of pieces last time I was here and bought them, but I paid probably 30% more than what I would have paid elsewhere. I love the cause that this store support, and I'm happy to give them my business, but I won't shop there as often as much as I shop at other stores just because of the pricing.

I was here visiting from California when my parents back lift gate on their van broke. We found out…read moreit was the shock on the lift gate that broke off. The van is 20 years old so the parts are hard to find. We call the Dealer of the van and the parts would be $34 dollars each plus $150-250 in labor. We decided to call around to see if we could get a better price. O'Reilly's in Branson said that they could order the parts for us & would call when the parts came in. A few days later we walked in to O'Reillys to pick up the parts and the store manager; Tyler offered to put them in for us, FREE of charge. Going to this O'Reillys saved us so much money. Our total price for both shocks were the price of 1 shock at the dealer. Plus we didn't have to pay for labor. Thanks to Tyler who went out of his way to help us out. I definitely will recommend this O'Reilly's to my friends and family.
