I went to this Home Depot in Delran, NJ to buy paint for my garage as a DIY project. The "team lead" in the paint dept. and her staff were more interested in discussing their personal lives and baby photos than helping me make my purchase. I did get paint, but they did not give me the paint can opener nor the paint stick to stir the paint prior to application. 1 Star is too many for this horrible service. #ShamefulHomeDepot read more

I went up there to pick up some cinderblocks. They didn't even remove the snow throughout the garden center so I had to push 12 cinderblocks through Snow in order to check out. Simple snow removal in the garden center would've been appreciated. I can't recommend this place because that's just lazy three weeks after the storm.. they did have a good selection of various sizes of cinderblock. They were less than three dollars each, so that was awesome. But poor snow removal is just lazy. read more

I ordered Carbon Black paint, but upon returning home, I discovered the paint was Carbon Copy (Grey). I contacted customer service and requested to speak with a manager, Danny, but he did not come to the phone. This is unprofessional. An error on their part has resulted in me not having the correct paint required to complete my patio project. read more

Called to get an estimate for HVAC system replacement. They sent their contractor, who came all the way from Feasterville --- the distance from me being not a good sign. He did arrive promptly, and asked to borrow MY tape measure --- he's a pro and didn't think to bring his own? Not a good sign. He sniffed around my old system, and related that, "I have the installation contracts for sixteen Home Depots in this area." Oh. Nice, I guess. Happy for you. He left, saying he'd get back to me with a proposal. Never heard from him again. read more

I've been going to Home Depot for years and I prefer it over Lowe's... The staff and customer service personnel are always helpful and friendly... They have a more comfortable feel here than at other stores of this type... I can always find what I need and if I don't see it the employees are usually in the area to ask for help... read more

I recently placed an order on Home Depot website for a poplar board. The specifications stated actual size 1 inch by 8 inch by 36 inch long. The board I received was 3/4 inch by 7 1/4 inch by 36 inch. I realize that the board I received is industry practice; but Home Depot specifically listed "actual dimensions" I chatted with an associate online and emailed customer service. Neither of the representatives seemed to be concerned that the information on the website was incorrect. Home Depot needs to behind what is stated in the specifications on their website. read more

Just did our curbside pickup for a brand new Weber Spirit Grill. We had no idea it would be fully assembled-we didn't have a vehicle to support that. We had concerns that we had paid full price for a floor model, but were assured that "this is how they come". We had to take parts off to get it in our SUV. We get home to realize that it is dusty, dirty and has bird poop on it. We are unhappy that we didn't at least get a floor model discount. The order was placed online for curbside pick-up. I contacted CS by text and she said that: "Because these orders are placed through the store with the store's inventory I am unable to make any changes to the order on my end. The only way a markdown or return can be made on these types of orders is through the store. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused." read more

The protection plan is the worst. First they told me it would be on a Thursday between 8 and 10 when the repairman was coming. Then they called me the day before after I already took off work and said it would be on a Friday between 8 and 12. Then, after I took off work for that friday morning, they emailed me and said it would be between 8 and 5. This is uncceptable that they just keep changing the day and time. People have to take off work. Not everyone works from home. I will never buy from them again. I have spent thousands of dollars on appliances with home Depot. I am done. read more

Spent over 50k here. Nobody ever around to help. Things are always placed in wrong sections. God forbid any higher ups come and help! There worried about me not having reciepts because i have 100's and dont have time to sort them out. Im one of the best customers this place has. They accused me of stealing a trailer because there idiot employee didnt check it in. This place def needs ro tighten up. Nobody knows anything. I should probably rate with zero stars! I would NOT recommend having a home generator installed thru Home Depot. I had a terrible experience with Home Depot and the contractor Corbin Electrics! My generator was not installed by the contracts deadline, unauthorized transactions processed on my credit card and after deciding to cancel my full deposit was never returned to me. Needed a root tiller for a Couple jobs around the house, bought a ryobi because of the reviews and price, got home to find the tiller covered in dirt and rust! Found the recite from the previous owner in the box!!! Called them up and said well if the box is tapped up we don't check the contents and put it back on the shelf!?! Seriously! Also due to covid they should to see if the product was used and sanitize before putting back on the shelf... guess they hire anyone theses days... will not be back and taking my company's future purchases to Lowe's.. wish I could give zero stars read more

Home Depot in Delran is our usual stop once or twice a month looking for wood, electrical, outdoor supplies, tools, paint and a hole lot more. Being within a 15 minute drive makes it all the better. Contractors seem to like it also since the parking lot is usually busy with trucks all day. If I'm not happy with a product or a selection choice I simply check out the other Big Box Chain store 5 minutes away. No complaints from me. read more

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. You just need to have a general idea and the staff can get you going in the right direction. The Home Depot is more about big projects and the materials to support them, yet the small scale stuff is accommodated too. The amount of money you spend here depends on the size of the project being completed. (I gave two $$ because I am working on finishing a paint project.) read more

I purchased a vanity for my powder room a few weeks ago. I had my handyman make arrangements to pick it up once it was at the Mt Laurel Store. Two times in the past 2 weeks, he went to pick up the vanity that I paid for and 2 times the delivery or vanity at the store was damaged. TWO different times. Needless to say Home Depot said they would refund me for my inconvenience. To make a very frustrating story short, the 3rd time it was delivered to the Mt Laurel store, there was a scratch on the vanity that my handyman checked when he inspected the package that he was going to deliver to my house today, Tuesday 11/10/20. That had a problem also. At this point both myself the CUSTOMER and my handyman who has driven back and fourth to the store to try to pick up the vanity was inconvienced as well as myself. I spoke to an Asst Mgr today at 5pm and said, IM done, never coming here again and I want a full refund for the vanity that i paid for and didn't end up getting b e cause it was damaged 3 times. 3 different replacement orders were all unsatisfactory. We shall see what happens. I am going tomorrow to speak to the store mgr and be compensated $$ for the full payment plus inconvenienced fee of 100.00. The staff on the floor at this store is terrible. I waited in a department for 34 minutes. I called the store to get help in bathroom mirrors. They paged someone to the department. I called back after 14 minutes, and I was told the employee was on their way. Another 20 minutes and I called the store again, and customer service had the nerve to ask me " he's not there yet?" As we were leaving their were 2 employees goofing off, and the guy said "yeah can I help you?" Really?? I went to lowes. read more

Do not trust phone information from the useless attendants at this store. I wasted two hours of my Father's Day only to come up empty handed on the BBQ supplies I was assured they carried and were in stock. The real situation was I needed to order this and pick-up in about ten days. The attitude of " I don't give a sh..., this is all we got " was really the kick in the head. I placed an order for two cabinets through Home Depot which they shipped via NonStop Delivery. We were depending on these cabinets arriving within the timeframe stated on Home Depot's website due to the fact that we needed them to be installed so that we could pass our township's housing inspection. The cabinets were shipped and NonStop Delivery's website showed a delivery date of 06/23/2016. That day came and went and the cabinets had not arrived. I called NonStop Delivery on 06/24/2016 to inquire about the status of the cabinets, and they said they were refused at the terminal upon arrival in my state due to damage. Home Depot were not able to have a replacement order expedited to us, and now we are left in a huge bind. NonStop Delivery didn't even make us aware that the delivery had been refused until we reached out to them for the status. With so many complaints about this delivery service, I don't understand why Home Depot continues to use them! read more

I recently 6weeks ago brought a toro lawn mower from home depot. I have had problems with it about 2 weeks ago ,thinking it was the fuel was old, drained the tank and cleaned it and when I was doing that I noticed that the motor housing was cracked took it back to hd and was told that the warranty was over after 4 weeks and refused to help me in any way except to have the rental department to look at it.
