I was finishing up my deck project and needed a couple of things I couldn't find anywhere else. I was originally planning on building by had all of the rails by had but saw that HD had prebuilt sections of railings that were about the same price as it cost for the material to build myself... and I didn't have to do it! They were built pretty well and were in 6' sections. I got these and really they worked out perfectly and saved me a ton of time!! read more

Curb side pickup took over an hour watched 32 people leave the store while at contractor pickup going Ken's Ace hardware next time I give them zero stars this was second visit gave them a chance again not any more after this!!! read more

Had to drive an hour to get to this store, but it was worth the trip as they had all the items we needed. This HD is as well stocked as any of the locations I've been to. The employees were very helpful when I was looking for a particular item and couldn't remember where it was located. Likewise when browsing power tools another employee helped us find and compare some of the various cordless combo packages. When you can't find what you need at the local little hardware stores, sometimes you have to head to the big box stores and generally they have better prices too. read more

I was a customer at hd in eldorado and there was an employee who went above and beyond anything I've seen anyone else do. His name is Jon in garden center. All other employees should take notes from him. He was kind courteous and helpful in other depts. He helped us get our stuff to and in the car. Keep up the good work Jon. U deserve a raise!!! The store typically has what I need. But finding help is the issue. Thankfully we usually know what we want and where to find it. The reason I give it 2 stars is because of its customer service. We were looking to buy appliances, we looked and picked out what we wanted, but needed help to place our order, and no one offers help, we had to ask for assistance, they never acknowledged us or checked on us until we asked for help. She stated that she was busy but would call someone but never followed up even after we were waiting for a while. When we asked for status she looked annoyed that we even asked and said he said he'll be here, but never followed up with anyone. When help finally arrived the 2nd associate went right passed us and straight to another customer who had just arrived. The other customer was just measuring and told him he didn't need any help. Yet the 2nd sales associate stood there just looking at the other customer while he measured even after being told he did not need any help. The customer had to literally tell him he could go help us instead before he left him to help us! This 2nd associate also never acknowledged us until I asked if he could help us and after the customer told him to. I'm not sure if they were discriminating against us for being Hispanic or if customer service just sucks regardless of your race, but it sure felt that way. Either way our experience was not good, but the next Home Depot is 2 hours away from us. I would honestly go elsewhere if that was not the case. read more

What a joke this place is. It is about as bad as Mal-wart. You can rarely find any help and when you do they are absolutely clueless as to what to do. I have been in this store several times and the employees are just standing around doing nothing, just chatting with their bruthas or sistas. They won't even say so much as "Hello" or anything. The store is also filthy and unorganized. But, all that seems to be the standard for Home Depot now. read more
