    Michael helped me out today with a smile! My hands were dirty from playing in the nursery. He hooked me up to get cleaned up! Thank you!! Christina is very helpful in the Nursey. Tommy provided excellent customer service. They have a great selection of all things that you would look for, and some not, at The Home Depot. Great prices on laundry detergent, flowers, and more!

    Only had machine 3 1/2 years

    Whatever you do, do not buy the Allstate appliance coverage. These people are unethical. They denied my claim stating that we had tampered with the lock big liars. When the technician came out. He's the one that opened the machine because it was locked. Will never buy another appliance coverage from Home Depot for Allstate total rip off. Machine only 3 1/2 yrs. Old

    The store is clean and very organized. The staff are mostly nice and fast. I love their garden and storage containers. Prices are competitive to Lowe's and Walmart but better quality. I'm looking forward to their 2025 Halloween decorations and flowers.

    I like to go to this branch because I feel they always have enough items, as well as arrange things neatly for easy searching. The products they sell here all have clear brand origins. Their return support policy is also quite good. Prices may vary from place to place but quality is guaranteed. The space is large, the air in the house is always airy and clean. I like to walk in their Garden area because they always import many plants and many fruits and trees. The staff here are mostly very enthusiastic, always greeting and ready to help if I have any questions. If I ask someone who does not work in that department, they also proactively find someone in the area to help me. The staff are very friendly and cheerful. The parking lot is also spacious and plentiful, so it is not difficult to find a parking space. In addition, they also create maximum conditions if I buy bulky items, they also have staff to help me put them on the car and can park in front of the entrance for convenient pick-up.

    I have to say I've been to this Home Depot for a while but never have I've been greeted with kindness and great customer service, even providing me a selection if needed and also gave me advice to save 150 for not dusting the keys. Huge thank you, and great person to chat while the key process took its time but not a bother. Thank you again Tommy!!!!

    Had to drive out of my personal jurisdiction to get an item that didn't appear to be in stock at any of the closer locations. This store is noticeably older than most HD stores, and the parking lot is congested. What makes up for it is the great customer service, which hasn't been great at the home depots that I usually go to. Props to the employees in Garden Grove.

    It's not too busy on Saturday noontime. I went straight to the Garden area. Aisles are clean and well kept in the garden area.Mostly self-check out counter.I gavd it only 4 stars as there are no staff available to ask for some other things that I wanted to buy.

    I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience at one of your stores. During my visit, I purchased a vacuum cleaner. However, at checkout, the cashier decided to cut open the box of the vacuum to check for stolen items, which left me feeling singled out and discriminated against. I found this action highly inappropriate and disrespectful, especially since I had paid for the item in full. Feeling uncomfortable with how I was treated, I immediately returned the opened vacuum and requested a new, sealed one, which I received. I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for many years, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unfair experience. I felt that I was unjustly targeted, and I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and ensure that your staff are better trained to treat all customers with respect and dignity. I look forward to your response and hope that appropriate actions will be taken to prevent this from happening to others in the future. This happened in the lawn and garden department at the Garden Grove Store on Garden Grove Blvd by Costco

She said that's the price. I confirmed 3x that we are talking about Benjamin Moore REGAL MATTE in 5 gallons. She said yes. I get there and they don't have stock of the REGAL 5 gallon buckets! And if they had the price would be OVER $400 NOT WHAT Debbie QUOTED ME! I asked them to sell me 5 1-gallon pails at the same price but no. The guy helping me asked Debbie about my phone call. Debbie stated I asked about Benjamin Moore BEN paint, not REGAL paint! Why would I do that when half my house is painted in REGAL? I remember asking Debbie THREE TIMES on the phone that it was BENJAMIN MOORE REGAL MATTE IN FIVE GALLON PAILS!! YES SHE SAID EVERY TIME I ASKED! It gets worse, much worse. The guy says he can give me a 10% discount in the gallon size cans then goes to ring me up. He tells me he can't. So he mixes the paint and opens the can to see it foaming. He does another can. More foam. It's been an hour now and he got 2 cans that didn't foam out of mixing 5 CANS! I check the production lot numbers on the cans and they are consecutive!! I lose my trust in the paint, but desperate to buy paint for my painter (who is waiting at my house and charges by the hour), I buy the 2 gallons of paint that didn't foam when shaken. It's way too late now and the painter went home until Monday. Monday we open the paint and begin painting, we notice it's much lighter in color than the same color paint we bought at the Benjamin Moore store! We end up having to buy 5 gallons more from a Benjamin Moore store and paint over this paint wasting the $150 and an hour I spent at Griffin Ace Hardware! I hope Griffin Ace Hardware sees this and 1) fixes their paint supply issue, 2) fixes their paint mixing problem 3) refunds my $150 that I paid for the paint which doesn't match the color code and 4) trains Debbie to listen more carefully to customers on the phone asking about product pricing! Update: I don't know where Griffin Ace Hardware is getting their Benjamin Moore Matte Regal paint but it is very different than the BENJAMIN MOORE REGAL MATTE paint I bought at other Benjamin Moore Paint stores. I CHECKED THE CANS AND THEY SAY THE EXACT SAME BASE PAINT. First, the color is much whiter than the other paint my painter already painted 90% of my house with. We even applied a second coat and waited for the paint to completely dry, it's way off! Secondly, it smells like a much cheaper paint! Third, it covers poorly and required a third cost even over a primer coat. The way we found out was when we rolled the walls with GRIFFIN BENJAMIN MOORE REGAL MATTE PAINT and brushed the corners with OTHER PAINT STORE BENJAMIN MOORE REGAL MATTE PAINT! THE COLOR DIFFERENCE JUMPED OUT PLAINLY! I had to pay my painter a lot more money to paint over the ACE PAINT with 2 gallons of OTHER STORE PAINT that we had to buy in addition to the GRIFFIN ACE PAINT! Conclusion: GRIFFIN ACE BENJAMIN MOORE REGAL MATTE PAINT does not look, smell nor cover as well as BENJAMIN MOORE REGAL MATTE PAINT from other stores. It appears to be a very poor quality paint. It wont match the color and you will have to buy more paint at the other stores to cover this GRIFFIN ACE BENJAMIN MOORE REGAL MATTE PAINT costing you double plus paying a painter double for his time!

    WARNING!!! BE CAREFUL!!! We go to hardware stores to…read morepurchase items for the project we are working on and if we're lucky, they have it. If not then it's online shopping. In this place you'll find yourself with new ideas and projects popping up in your mind on every isle you walk down. It's like an AMAZON Hardware Store in real life right in front of your eyes and everything is right there on the shelf ready to buy with no waiting. If your arms fill up with new project solutions and you forgot what you actually came in for, you can ask anyone in the store if they have the item and they'll walk you right over to where the item is, because they have it, you just didn't see it. They have the things the other places do, plus the things the other places don't. It's like the hardware store from the 60's. A real one. I needed a few things at the Depot last night they didn't have and this place had them in stock just hanging there waiting for me, plus a few extra things that caught my eye as well. EDIT: They don't have refrigerators, washer or dryers like a department store. They don't have doors, widows or lumber like a lumber supply. They don't have carpet and flooring like a floor store. They have springs, tools, wheels, rope, wire, nuts & bolts small and larger then 1/2" like bulldozer size. They have piano hinges that you can weld onto a 1/4" steel lid. They have stuff like a HARDWARE STORE is supposed to.

    Super disappointed with McFadden Dale's failure to stand behind their tools. I've been a customer…read moreof their's for years but will no longer be buying tools from them. I purchased a Torx bit which I was told was "hardened". I was told it would not round off. The tool lasted about 2 seconds before rounding off. I took the tool back to MD with my receipt. I was told essentially they would not refund or return or replace the tool. MD's customer service is a poor example of standing behind a product. I ended up buying a bit from Harbor Freight which removed the bolt quickly. Not a good look for McFadden Dale.
