I bought a Chain Saw and the young man was helpful in helping me decode the Stihl nomenclature. The issue was it took him probably 20-30 minutes to "prep" the saw. Which is just filling the premix gas tank and bar oil tank. My total time in the store was 52 minutes with only part of that shopping time. There were only 3 people working in the store that I could see and the person at the register didn't know how to take a personal check from the person at check out in front of me and had to call on the radio and get help for that. Then I was paying some cash for my purchase and the balance on a card and she didn't know how to do that either. So another wait as she calls again for assistance. Check out was a very long procedure but not as bad as the saw prep time. Everyone seems to be untrained or brand new.

Employees need training in how to spot GERIATRIC CONFUSION. What I witnessed today should never…read morehappen again. A very confused elderly man was trying to exit the store thru the bathroom. He was confused and was asking for help to get to the front door. Not directions, but to be walked to front door. Employee starts to walk him to the front door. I gently called to her attention that this was a situation here and needed to be handled carefully. He said his wife was somewhere in the store but he did not want her bothered and he just wanted to go outside and get some air. Keep in mind outside is a busy parking lot with construction going on. So here she goes taking him to the door. Fortunately, his uncaring wife was spotted before the front door. That saved me a 911 call because there were some heads fixing to roll. I was on her heels heading to that door and the minute she cut that old man loose i was gonna call 911 and shut her down. Check your cameras in the fabric department and bathroom at around 11 10 to 1120 am today and see what I saw. TRAINING PLEASE!!! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN BAD FOR EVERYONE.

Please know you WON'T FIND ANYONE BETTER than this kind gentleman to fix your vacuum, PLUS, it is going to basically look nearly brand new, and it will definitely RUN like it is brand NEW After he services it. And that's no baloney. Btw, our 2nd Dyson needed like seven (7) things ordered and replaced or repaired. And, he still had it LESS than a week. I don't know if this will be a surprise to anyone else, but he replaced the cord (as in the 12-15 foot plug into an electrical outlet) on 2 different vacuums. And it was less than $50.
