This location was clean and organized, but I had a real hard time finding someone to help me find a few items that I was looking for and give recommendations. I think they need to hire some associates. Other than that, it's your typical Home Depot store. It has all the stuff you need / want for your home improvement projects. It has the self checkout lanes that are prevalent at other stores for faster checkout. If their staffing issues are fixed, it would have been a much better experience. read more

The store is fine. The online ordering is easy. The biggest problem they have is with their delivery. Apparently they subcontract it out to people with no common sense. I ordered a very heavy wood stove. Over $1000. It was delivered to the end of the road not my house. The "customer service person " told me it was curbside. It only said ship to home or ship to store. They were not very helpful. I think they would be better to hire their own delivery people and train them appropriately. I was glad I found it. We don't go out every day and we had no notice of delivery. read more

I purchased a washer on May 2, 2019 it was delivered on May 10. However the washer was damaged so I refused delivery. I didn't not purchase the washer at a scratch and dent sale. I had to wait until Monday May 14th to find out the next delivery day. They didn't have it so I waited. Finally got a call on Wednesday with a delivery date of May 18. Waited all day in the 17th for a call telling me what time frame it would be delivered. The call never came so I called the number that I received when I purchased the washer. I finally got through to a person only to be told that my delivery date had been changed to May 24th. Never received a notification call letting me know of the change. Needless to i will be getting my money back and making the purchase at Lowe's. read more

I didn't even want to give 1 star. The only reason I did was because of the ONE SINGLE store associate that finally helped me today after trying to get help for over 2 hours! I walked out spending over $1,000 and I was disgusted. I will never step foot in this home Depot again. Ever. I'll pay more money somewhere else. They were AWFUL. read more

I have been shopping at this store for years. They always have what I need. I've never had a bad experience. Sometimes the staff is busy and I have to look for somebody if I have a question. However most of the time I simply go to a cash register or customer service and they point me in the right direction. Also, the rental department is great! If I need a specialty or costly tool I simply rent it! I highly recommend this store! read more

I stopped by Home Depot on Hicks Drive to check on bamboo flooring and door hardware. I didn't see the bamboo on display. I found a clerk at the desk in the flooring department who was on the phone and computer. I stood waiting for over 5 minutes and he never even acknowledged me. I finally left, and went to the door hardware section. I found the lock sets I needed, but I could not reach them or find anyone near the area to key the locks for me. Again, I left that department for lack of service. The paint department was the only department that had anyone available to help customers. Makes me not want to go back. read more
