I really wish I could leave zero stars cuz that's what this place really deserves! I swear every time I come here they let off the one and only person in the whole store who can accomplish the task you need done! Today it was needing to order windows but no one else but the guy or girl that can do it has gone home! Ummm...how late are you open till? So why the heck aren't they here until then or at least someone who CAN help should be there but nooooo! Contractors can't leave job sites to go order windows cuz we have to work like everyone else so it makes no sense to occupy someone at Home Depot ONLY during the day till ONLY five pm! And then tell people who have to travel 1 hr and 15 minutes from out of town, that so and so can help you tomorrow! Idiots! He or she doesn't help me TODAY! I really hope they close this place down. Follow-up to our order of October 22 (review posted on 11/27/2021) - On our fourth phone call, Online Customer Care representative Darlene Perry out of Georgia turned our experience around. She canceled the order that JW Logistics never delivered, and placed a new order for our two workbenches at the new lower online price. She had an outstanding attitude, and was able to take care of everything. Home Depot is lucky to have such an incredible employee. I have to agree with all the other comments about this Home Depot. I believe it starts with the top. They just don"t care about customers or problems in there store. My wife and I order something was told about 6 weeks to arrive that was back in 2000 still waiting on it. The last time I checked a few years ago it was still on order. A second time when in to get and setup some one coming to the house for a kitchen make over. Still waiting since 2015. When to Bush. Showed up that day order and installed within 4 weeks as promise. 1 Star is to high for this store read more

i came to get a key for my house and i needed a worker to make one for me. about 6 workers past by me not asking if i needed help. i stood there for about 10 minutes and still no one came to help so i went up and asked someone. They said someone would come and still no one did so i waited for another 10 minutes and still nothing. They don't care about their costumers. read more

This is the worst experience ever in my 46 years of life with a store return. I just returned from taking 10 boxes of Montanaga tiles back to the store for return. The boxes of tile regularly sale for $28 per box and Home Depot told me that without a receipt they could only give me $8.33 per box. I did not have a receipt or credit card as we paid cash for the tiles. This is highway robbery. This company does not appreciate their customers and their dedicated purchasing in the store. My wife and I will not return to the store. I would rather purchase locally or drive 1.5 hours to a Lowe's. I hope and pray this business loses its shirt in this years sales. My suggestion to all reading this is to go to ACE Hardware in North Main St. read more

My opinion, Home Depot has been going down hill for a while now. Customer service is lacking. I called Pro Desk at this HD and asked for info about tuff shed they had on display in parking lot. They didn't know anything about it or even knew they sold them. I also ordered some bathroom stuff for a remodel on 7/16/2016, on 12/7/2016, I called to cancel the order because it never arrived. I never got a call or any apology when canceled. I guess if you want to order anything you need to do it a year in advance. read more

We needed a few things while traveling through so I checked on line and found Home Depot and some not so good reviews. Thought what the heck. I'll just pick up some lumber, screws and paint brushes how can that be bad???? The worst was the lumber. The guy they called to help was rude. Had to coerce him into doing his job. The gal in nuts n bolts was helping someone and refused to acknowledge me by walking away. The gal in paint Dept was taking up the whole aisle while helping someone Hard to get around so I abandoned the cart for simplicity. At the checkout the girl had a really bad cold and although she was dressed warm the weather was near freezing, very windy and the door near her stayed OPEN. It would not shut. It was like she was working the checkout aisle outside the store. Horrible working conditions, rude employees, I'm happy I won't need to go back again. I ordered an item on line it was shipped to the Roswell store. Long story short first the damage to the item they said was slightly damaged. I drive from Carlsbad hour and half to find out their flat out idiots and just incompetent and to stupid to pick up the phone and tell me that they sent the item back because now they say it was severally damaged. Makes me wonder what really happened to my item!! Out of this whole deal only one lady was smart and knew her job.. Horrible place full of stupid ! read more

We went to get 2,000 dollars worth of supplies. We thought home depot had a military discount. Well turns out to be active duty or disabled. Regular exmilitary does not apply. So we called the woman's son who is active military to come by and mom would pay him back. Well he came and we figured everything would be good. Turns out since our contract had a tax exempt number, they only gave us the tax exempt and not the military discount. They knew of the tax exempt before we callied the woman's son. The military discount would have been more of a discount. So I'm saying don't deal with the young girl at the pro desk or her manager Skip or Scorch, something like that. Useless!!! read more
