I found out that he is the manager of the store or at least of the store in the back where Stihl equipment is for sale and other items. He brought my chainsaw out without the guard. I said, "Where is my guard?" He went in the back to find it, but I think he brought out one to fit mine, as mine was cleaner. I said, "You didn't clean my saw." He said, "Did u check that on the slip? " I don't know if that question was even on the slip. I also asked if you sharpened the blade. He said, "Did u tell us that?" I thought when you brought in your saw to be gone over those things would be included. There was nothing listed on any slip as to what was done to the saw. He was very flippant with me and said, "Do you want me to clean your car?" Then he said I'm gonna treat you like a queen and clean your saw. " " I said that wasn't necessary." He took it in the back and wiped it down, which didn't clean it at all. He was just being smart with me, and not in a nice way. He did eventually tell me what was done. I would have rather had that on some type of paperwork. I asked if the man who repaired it was in. He was not. I called Ace Hardware up and spoke to a lovely woman who said the repair man would be in on Monday. I said I'd call then to see if I could get my original guard back. As far as the manager Tim is concerned, he needs some lessons in customer service. If he was working for me, he'd be fired!

The technician who came out pooh-poohed our concerns, though the visit was free. The worst thing is that the controls appear to be AI, and the dishwasher chooses its own setting every time the door is touched slightly, and the artificial "intelligence" doesn't even "set" the same running time or go with my default setting. In short, it's like having an appliance that is demonically possessed, and I have a pretty good guess about the meanings of the GD, SH, and AF in the appliance code. Martin stopped carrying this horrible model months ago, but they have not reached out to the customers who bought one. I will never buy a Frigidaire product or shop at Martin's again!

The family is so sweet and helpful and they only have the greenhouse seasonally - it opens on April 1st. I'm so excited that they're about to reopen again soon!! I buy most of my plants for my home garden and around my house at this place and I would highly recommend others to check it out. Also not far down the street from them are two great stores to hit up - Shady Mountain is a homemade bakery & store and just 30 seconds further down the road is Echo Hill Country Store that has the best natural, organic and farm products in a tiny little adorable store. I love going out and exploring this whole area!
