It was…read morea big job no question but she made it worse I am missing stuff I'm having to go through garbage bags in my garage stuff she threw out with no business doing out that stuff that I wear all the time. The people she brought were incompetent one Out of the three was very good the other two did not know the difference between a sweatshirt a long sleeve tee and a collared cotton oxford shirt. She said it was me I was giving mixed messages I told her please do one room at a time but she lumped it all together and then didn't bring me in to see what goes upstairs what goes downstairs at the end she did. I had to ask her brother to leave my home because he was very intimidating and I've watched the video and listen to what he was saying and it was not very good for a professional in your home whom obviously is not a professional. I am having to do this all over again I went with the cheapest organizer and I got what I paid for. My suggestion to you is pay for a professional organizer not one that makes the website look good and all fancy. That doesn't mean they know what they're doing because they clearly did not know. I have a lot of anxiety and mobility issues my mother passed away recently and I needed help and they have just made this far worse for me. She offered to stay at the end for no charge and I said no I will pay you but your brother will not be allowed in my home. Then she said I didn't ask her to stay I am very clear and concise and what I do I am a professional and I know how to deal with people. She just caused more work so she could come back another 3 or 4 days!! I spent $1060 for nothing. I have asked her for half back but she is not responding. I look forward to her response to this review because I speak the truth and the pictures are proof. I will be flying a claims in small claims court I've already spoken to a lawyer. I'm sorry my review is rambling but I think it important for everyone to see this. She will probably say that I was late getting home I was 18 minutes late but they had gone to Tim Hortons for coffee. At the end of the day when we were arguing or discussing very firmly she said you were late my brother told me you got here at 20 after 10 and I and we worked till 630 I said you went for coffee so what are you talking about. A real shyster I strongly suggest you do not use this company. FYI no the picture of the tote bag she threw a drawer full of jewellery into a tote bag the change or now all tangled. The other thing I found is she just kept moving things from room to room and that's why you notice in a bedroom she piled everything on my counter in my bathroom she put things on the floor on the counter in the closet the linen closet I found boxes. She has caused me such anxiety I will be taking her to small claims Court. I will keep adding as I find the last picture I just added is my necklaces to David Yurman's that are in knots right now they were hanging on photographs on top of the dresser. She just threw them into a little box. Yes I do I keep adding it is now Sunday morning Lilly and her workers left at 6:30 on Friday I am still looking for my clothes, my Dyson hair straightener........ I'm finding she just shoved things from one room to another into cupboards that she wasn't working on so she left me a mess in other areas. Again do not use this service you can even contact me for a reference.
