Canizales Construction did the main bathroom which I was extremely please with a new tub, toilet, floor and new coat of paint. I can say that the painting in the bedroom was well done as well as the replacement of the shower and toilet in the Master bathroom, Canizales also did repairs and paint to the garage with new lighting. The electrical panel was upgraded and new lights placed on exterior which adds safety to the home. All work was communicated as well as updates. THe project was completed prior to the deadlines. After submitting a project request for a fix for a small hole in the easement underneath the roof…read moreof a rental property, Texas Renovators responded quickly and was able to get out to look at the project later that same day in order to give an accurate quote. After receiving the quote and agreeing on a project solution, they made it back out to the house the next morning to fix, sending pictures throughout the process. He recommended using expanding foam to fill the hole, which not only worked but was relatively inexpensive, while still doing the job. Working with them was great. Not only did they send frequent updates through my preferred method of communication, but he was able to recommend a fix that worked for the problem at hand and solve it quickly. Would highly recommend these folks for anyone looking for contracting work in or around their home.

Start to finish about 8hrs including repairs that had to be done to weathered/rotten wood. They took care of the surrounding areas of my home and protected them with tarps. Zero damage.
