Because they're usually super friendly and the food always tastes very homey. That was the case for this food truck!! I didn't know which style of Asian food it was but from seeing their food truck artwork, I can see they're probably a Hmong family. The food was so good and full of southeast Asian flavors. We ordered the BBQ chicken and beef with chow mein and rice + a side of their homemade sausages! It's like a Laos/hmong style sausage, super delicious!! They have a couple of tables and chairs if you cannot wait to eat at home. They also take orders over the phone which is convenient. My favorite is the al pastor burrito supreme. The magical blend of spices, sparse--yet delicious chunks of warm pineapple(surprisingly delicious cause I have grown to enjoy this) give you that slightly sweet, savory and creamy flavor with contrasting textures of the meat to cheese, to fresh cilantro and onions ratio. The wonderful support from their salsa makes my taste buds fully invested.
