This is not just bad customer service. This is a serious health and safety concern. Someone could get extremely sick from consuming spoiled food. The fact that these biscuits were packaged and handed out to customers tells me there was either no quality control or complete negligence happening in that kitchen. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by this experience. I would strongly encourage management to immediately inspect their food storage, expiration procedures, and kitchen sanitation practices before someone gets hurt.
