You can find the exact same items at other local dispensaries for much better value without being insulted. I needed a vaporizer quick as mine broke. Seeing all the good review for Budders and reading "A…read moretracking number is usually issued within 24-48 hours of the order. It can take up to 24-48 hours to process a tracking number. " and having 1-7 day shipping, I placed an order on Friday. On Monday I sent an email asking for the tracking number, which I received a vague response on Tuesday that it was still processing. Wednesday (125hrs from order) at the end of the day I phoned and learnt the item was coming from the manufacturer and hadn't even shipped yet. The employee then argued about what was wrote on their site and the order confirmation. I told the clerk several times to cancel, to which the clerk refused to acknowledge and kept saying he'd take care of the order. There were plenty of online stores that have stock and shipped quick, I choose Budders as they made it look like the color I wanted was in stock and I was in a rush. Don't order from Budder's if you want something quick.
