We were looking for somewhere to get breakfast on Valentine's Day, and we figured we might as well try this spot. We're so glad we did, and we ended up liking this place more than our usual RB breakfast spot. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We sat outside on the patio and the chairs were really comfortable. The owner (we think) was so sweet and she checked on us as we ate the meal. She makes the bulkoki herself! It was SO tender, the fat was well rendered, and the flavor was amazing. Better than we'd get at KBBQ, honestly. Everything tasted fresh and made to order, so even if there's a slight wait on the food, it's totally worth it. The staff never neglected us, and our server (Ana?) made sure to check in with us and let us know when our food was coming. Can't recommend this place enough. I also really like that they do physical menus (I'm so over QR code menus!). Total meal cost was $51.19, but we paid card. It's cheaper by about less than 4% if you pay cash! Great spot. We had been coming here a couple of times a month for almost 2 years until today. But we have noticed a downwards change in the food quality the past few months since the owners changed the name to "The Incredible Egg" restaurant. Same owners, same menu. But portions started getting smaller and the quality of the food has dropped. More times than not the (breakfast) dishes are poorly prepared by the kitchen staff (overcooked, dry, or greasy). We noticed that the omelettes got smaller too even though egg prices are at an all time low. We kept returning because a couple of servers are so nice to us. Today was the last straw however. My wife ordered an omelette and I got adventurous and ordered Chicken and Waffles from their "Specialty" section. First time trying it. The kitchen was all backed up this morning and our food took over 15 minutes to arrive. My waffles were not properly cooked. I was served lukewarm "RAW DOUGHY" waffles. The fried chicken was a whole other issue. Not only were the pieces of chicken from the smallest chicken I have ever been served, but they were so OVERCOOKED and crunchy from being in the fryer way too long. The pieces were so brown that I could not cut into them and the meat was completely dried out. Not a person to make an issue, I tried a few bites of waffle from the edges hoping that the dough (made with raw eggs) was edible. But I could not get past the raw dough taste. I tried to eat what little edible meat I could get off the tiny thigh and drumstick pieces. But when I cut into the breast piece, it was so tough and dry that I quit. With over 70% of my meal remaining I told the waiter the FOOD WAS INEDIBLE and please remove my meal from the check. He was so gracious and apologetic. I felt sorry for him. As I mentioned, we come here normally for breakfast a couple of times a month, sometimes bringing our friends and family. So the staff and management know that my wife and I are regular customers. I have never voiced an issue with the food in the past. We tip the staff well (because a couple of servers are so charming). I would say the two of us spend close to $2,000 a year dining there. More when I look at the number of friends and family that have joined us. So imagine my displeasure when MANAGEMENT still charged me for half my meal!!! The manager (owner) she never even came over to explain when I questioned as to why I was being charged. The poor waiter, who was very sincere and caught in the middle of this, said MANAGEMENT saw that I ate some of the chicken (the (tiny wing, drumstick and thigh pieces). I also took few bites out of the corners of the waffles (trying to find something edible). WOW!!!! What horrible business decision making skills! That they chose to cover the cost of half a tiny OVERCOOKED chicken and lose making another $2,000 in future revenues this year from us is just plain STUPID on her/their part. Makes absolutely no common sense at all. Last straw indeed! With these type of bad business making skills and poor client relations by management, I doubt they will be in existence much longer this year. There is too much competition moving into the area. The restaurant industry is a fickle business. Not being special and genuine with your clientele is a sure recipe for failure. read more

I lived in RB for years and for some reason this was my first visit. We got seated right away and the menu was pretty extensive. The price matched other local breakfast restaurant. I can't talk for other people's dish but my avocado toast was fresh and bright with arugula on top. The poached eggs were okay but were slightly overcooked. It did pop and was runny but not runny as it should be. The coffee was refilled regularly and the wait staff definitely checked on us a few times. I did see that there were giving Veterans Discount. So if you are a veteran, please ask for their discount. Overall a pleasant visit. I saw they had a few Korean fusion items but I was not brave enough to try to this visit. This place is nothing short but incredible. It was my first here and it won't be my last. My friend and I had their Korean fried chicken and kimchi fried rice omelet. The chicken was very juicy and crispy. The spiciness wasn't more on the mild side. Their kimchi fried rice had a bit more heat to it. Both were super delicious. The restaurant looks very nice and clean inside. The decore is very unique ( with wooden eggs framed on the wall). The server was very cordial and nice. The food was not up to par. The strawberry pancake didn't have very many strawberries. They were not fluffy enough. They don't have any strawberry syrup to go with them, except for regular maple syrup. I had the fruit waffle and they were just average( more banana , very few strawberries and just some blueberries). My nephew had the bacon Benedict and he said they were pretty good. My wife had the Mediterranean salad with salmon--she said it was fairly good. The amigo omelette wasn't very good. The strawberry smoothie tasted more like strawberry milk shake--too much milk!!! This is a family owned breakfast spot, lots of seating and outdoor seating as well. It is dog friendly outside which is a nice option for pet owners. Service was pretty good as we were checked on a lot. I tried the country fried steak and eggs which comes with toasted English muffins. The hash browns were crispy just how I like them. The country fried steak was perfectly breaded and seasoned. The gravy sauce on top was nice as well, I just wish they gave more of it. This is a decent spot for Sunday brunch. My group has been here a few times now and ordered different items for each visit. The benedict and omelet are solid choices. They tasted as good as they looked. I'd say they are comparable to those that you might get at any other local brunch spot. What might make The Incredible Cafe's a bit special is the added Korean flavors, such as the kimchi or bulgogi if you decide to try those. The other items are a hit or miss. We tried the country fried steak and stuff french toast. The fried steak is crisp, hot, and tasty. I was disappointed by the eggs though - after asking for over easy I got more well done eggs. The french toast was just okay. There wasn't much stuffing and the portion was small. There's always been a good number of people eating here when we arrive but we never had to wait to get seated as a group of 4-6. The service is quick and friendly too. Well this place is reverting back to its pre-#RestaurantImpossible days and seems like shortcuts in their foods are being made again. Corned Beef hash is canned - sure they "home styled" it by adding some onions and bell peppers, but it's still canned. See that off-green drink in the background? That's supposed to be a matcha latte. Obviously with matcha that oxidized and discolored, there was no flavor, I had to send it back. I'm surprised I even tried it. Ended up ordering a passionfruit iced tea instead which was also lacking in flavor. My friend is a local and took me here. Loved the generous outdoor seating area with shade umbrellas -- and the best part of the experience was our phenom waitress Kaia. I also liked how I noticed the probable owner, a very fashionable woman, greeting and hugging guests...the vibe was VERY welcoming even though the view is a parking lot. The food was fun! We began with iced chai lattes (obviously from a mix) but pure fun nonetheless. I had a nice omelette with hashbrowns and a stunningly GOOD side of coleslaw (crispy and sweet, NOT tangy!) and my friend had some fun fruity waffles but asked for no bananas...with a side of bacon...VERY generous! My portion was so filling I took a bit home and finished it today for breakfast, NICE! I ordered off the Senior Menu and it said "55" so I told Kaia (truthfully) that I'm 57...she said "You look great" so sincerely that I'll ride that compliment for months! (Ha..but true. I was looking for a place to get breakfast and decided to pop into this place. The interior is very modest and had a homey feel. There's plenty of options on the menu from the classic breakfast items to some Asian fusion dishes. I tried the kimchi fried rice which was really good! You can't go wrong with the pancakes here, we got the strawberry pancakes which were cooked just to my liking. Our server was so kind and attentive which made the experience that much better. When asked if they would donate a gift card to Oasis, I was told "I never heard of them & we need the donation, as we only make 2cents on every meal." This cafe has completely redeemed itself! The first time I visited, the service was incredibly slow and the amount of time we had to wait for food was almost an hour. This time we came for breakfast the day after Christmas. Of course there was barely anyone there so the service was quick and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. I love kimchi so I was very intrigued by the kimchi fried rice omelette--it was amazing! The perfect savory breakfast item with a nice kick. The hash browns also get a 10/10, they were perfectly crisp on the outside and still nice and hot and fully cooked on the inside. Breakfast classics with a Korean twist! I come here about once a month with either friends or family, and every time the experience has been great. Liz and the staff always give great service and are very attentive and courteous! I've pretty much eaten through all of their signatures and have dabbled in the omelets, and so far everything has tasted amazing. I recommend the bulkoki burrito, kimchi benedict, and loco moco! I've driven by the Incredible Cafe so many times when I go to Baron's and never thought to go in. It doesn't look like much from the outside. One of my co-worker highly recommended this place, so I decided to give it a try when a friend came to visit from out of town. I was very pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked in. The ambience inside was bright and inviting. There was a little bit of a wait. So I used the time to peruse the menu. They have the usual breakfast items, eggs with proteins, pancakes, french toasts, etc. But in addition, there were some interesting Korean twists to the menu such as kimchi burrito, bulgogi benny, etc. We ordered the country fried steak and corn beef hash. Both were delicious! The eggs were moist and creamy. The country fried steak was tender and oh so satisfying. The english muffin that came with the breakfast was generously buttered and toasted to perfection. Overall a fantastic meal at a decent price. My only complaint was that there was a $3 upcharge to substitute fruits for hash brown. Otherwise it would have been the perfect breakfast. I'm thrilled to have found such a hidden gem in RB, where good food is scarce. I look forward to coming back to try their Korean fusion dishes. read more

I had a club sandwich on rye, which was very good. It was nice to have tbe rye option as caraway gives it an extra crunch. The fries were hot and crispy. My husband loves omelet, he had the amigo. Which he liked very much, in addition to browns he got the pancake I stead of bread. It looked light and tasty. Our server was very good, the spot we sat in was warm, so he turned down the air then offered us a cooler booth. Dud not catch his name but he was very attentive. They accept restaurant.com gift certificate but print them out instead on your phone to make it easier for them to use and present to them before they bring you the bill. We come here for their breakfast menu and their fusion dishes. They also have a large parking lot and a large outdoor seating area so we bring our fur child with us. Even when seated outside, the service is great. The waitress checked in on us every now and then and also would clean the tables quickly after customers left. She even offered to bring my fur-son some bacon pieces. So sweet of her. The loco moco came cooked really well. The meat was not overcooked and the sauce was a good amount. The sauce did have a little spots of lumps (like when sauce has been cooked for a while and gets a bit gelatinous). Also, it surprisingly had salsa between the egg and the meat which gave the tangy flavor. The kimchi that came with the dish tasted store bought and not homemade. The stuffed french toast was good as well sweet enough and stuffed enough. The bacon was also crunchy and had a good balance of fat on them. The only downside was that it does feel a bit pricy for what you get. But all the food we tried were perfectly flavored and the service was wonderful. read more

Our parents recently moved into the neighborhood. Brought here and they were happy to find another eatery. prices are moderate food is good; albeit bland. Didn't mind that as you can add to your liking, but it was a common comment at our table. Napkins should be in addition to the place setting bc the glasses weep, or provide coasters as it's quite messy on the table.
