Between both of my kids, they have gone there for over 6 years. The owners and staff have been amazing. Life changed and they adapted to the changes with no questions asked; all they said was "anything you need, communicate." All of the teachers through out our years with the goose have been exceptional, Ms Tima has and always will be my children's favorite teacher ever. She got into a bad accident last year visiting her family, and my children cried, they wanted to make sure Ms. Tima was okay. WE are SO blessed she is still here with us today. My daughter LOVED helping Tima with anything in the classroom and Tima knew she could always count on my daughter to help her. Ms Tori, you may feel like you're not recognized enough, but you ARE. You are SO appreciated, loved, and thank you for making sure the school is the way it is. The school couldn't be the way it is, without YOU! I was recommended by another friend who used her services and from our first meet and greet, I knew she was a great fit. This was my 2nd home birth and I knew I wanted to try a new midwife with my 2nd pregnancy. Tiffany is attentive, real, extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Home birth is about choice, power, safety, spiritual, honoring the birther and child. Tiffany touched on all these and so much more. She delivered the facts, research and left the choices to the parents. From a young adult, I knew I wanted a home birth. After watching the "The Business of Being Born" it solidified my desire. Then covid happened and I was sold on home birth. Now, I can't imagine having gone through labor and birth with the restrictions of a hospital. Thank you Tiffany for showing me care, kindness, protection, and reassurance that I can do it, I did it, we did it and now I only wish I wanted more and more babies so I can go through this scared experience with Tiffany again. Tiffany completely changed my birth experience - on baby #5. I had four hospital births before…read morethis, three with epidurals and Certified Nurse Midwives and 1 unplanned natural with an OB. The last experience pushed me to try something new this time. And I'm so incredibly grateful. Tiffany gave me all the information to questions I asked in a very non-biased way. She gives you lots of time at appointments and is so easy to talk to. She lent me books to read and helped me feel empowered that I could have exactly the birth I wanted. When I had prodromal labor after my due date she came to my home for a non stress test and predicted that the cord was around the neck and suggested getting monitored at the hospital just to be sure everything was ok and that baby could withstand birth at home. She didn't take any unnecessary risks. The birth was at home, calm and perfect - even better than I had hoped (and Tiffany was right - the cord was loosely around the neck). She connected me with Meredith at Nourish Nevada - the most amazing lactation group that has blessed my life after 4 failed breastfeeding experiences with my others. She recommended an amazing pelvic floor therapist that helped my birth be amazing and my recovery even better. I'm actually mourning that this is my last baby because I'm finally surrounded by this incredible team of women who know how to help you have the best experience with birth, have a strong body, feed your baby like a pro and feel so proud of yourself and what your body can do. I can't express how much I wish I had found Tiffany and my team sooner. But better late than never I suppose.

Its so hard to put my experience into words. I came home every day and cried alone in my room…read morebecause I was bullied. I told my teachers repeatedly over the seven years I went to school there and they did nothing. Because my mother was Hispanic and had a full time job, she was treated as a outcast by both parents and teachers. One student even asked me if my mom was our maid. While I don't regret the experience because it made me the strong, compassionate, and brave women that I am today I don't want anyone to go through that. Honestly its something that still effects me today and I can't drive by the school (let alone go inside) without coming to tears. Please take your child to a school were they will learn in a safe and understanding environment.

I use the Paul Mitchell School because I'm from out of town visiting and don't know where else to…read morego. This week was the second time for a blowout. On the positive side, it is very inexpensive--$5 plus tip for blowout. On the negative side, one never knows who will do your hair since the stylists rotate out. The first time, the stylist was great. Yesterday, not so great. I had to ask my stylist for more head massage as I barely felt her fingers on my scalp during the wash. Even with the ask, it was very much less than desirable. For the blowout, I didn't get what I asked which was blow straight back with volume. She parted my hair and blew out flat. One side was not blown out smooth but left frizzy. I'm not the type to ask for a redo plus I had already spent enough time there so I just left and figured I would touch up the blowup myself at home. Also, it took over an hour for a blowout. My professional at home gives me a haircut and blowout in an hour, and I love it. I did tip the stylist because it was the right thing to do not because I loved the result. Hopefully the styles will gain a lot more experience before she begins working professionally. An instructor does not check the work. I actually wondered if there were any instructors at the school. So bottom line do not expect experienced hairstyles at the school as they are all students with little and varying levels of experience. You might luck out or you might not.
