Ronnie has been the best insurance agent I have ever used. I'm not a big customer with lots of…read moremoney, but he is incredibly responsive and answers any question I throw at him. In fact, another driver crashed into my parked car and Ronnie was the first person I contacted after the police. Ronnie walked me through what to expect and even provided contact information for the other insurance companies preferred collision company. As you would expect, the other company was playing hardball and I couldn't get them to move forward with my repairs. That's when Ronnie came to the rescue! One day he was checking in on the progress and found out that the other company was ignoring me. He then made a call. Not sure what he said, but the next day they called me and authorized the repairs. I would absolutely 100% recommend Ronnie to anyone with any insurance need. Thank you Ronnie for always helping me! When I called the office Laura said paperwork needed to be submitted again and not to pay the bill. I've already been charged! Why wasn't the paperwork submitted?
