Their billing has not been right since I have had them. They change the price just about every…read moremonth! They can't keep up with what is happening on your account. My bill doubled in just a few months! Every month was a different price. Of course this is a very long story short. The short of it is DON'T USE this agent or maybe even state farm all together. He liked to blame it on the company billing but I think it is how he is loading the information on my account. I could never get a "good" answer as to why my billing was all over the place. I was at one time connected with my daughter. I got my own policy when she let her boyfriend on the policy. He wreaked his car (also had many accidents in 5 yrs). They cancelled my policy over it, even though I didn't have any connections with him! Then they tried to charge me an "installment fee", which they said they do ever six months. I have never paid that in nearly four years with them, why now? Because they cancelled my account but still took my money. He said he would fix it, sure he did! I finally cancelled this company.
