Terrible. I had a 1:00pm appointment which I was on time…read morefor. Attorney was not there. I was told the grandchildren were sick and told to return at 4 pm. I returned at 4pm. The attorney asked to copy my paperwork. He could not get the printer to work so he called for his receptionist. Receptionist was so kind but seemed terrified of the attorney. She tried assisting him but was then told to let him handle it. Attorney was impatient with his receptionist and down right rude to her. She kept apologizing that the printer was not functioning and the tension was god awful. The attorney seemed very disorganized and said even though he only had 4 of my documents copied he just wanted to get all my documents back to me. He stapled my original documents back together and returned them to me. Then asked for them back and removed the staple to try to copy them again. It was bizarre and extremely uncomfortable. Then the attorney told me that I need to pay even though he was going on vacation and would not be able to start on my job for at least a month. Needless to say, I did not return.
