My husband's income (not including mine) is three times the amount of a $1,650 rent and they denied us. I pay for a car through leaders credit union and I know my credit score is good through their app. Maybe they think we're too good to be true. We have over 10k saved up to move back home to TN also. What is also funny is they didn't believe my husband was getting a transfer back home even though his company has offices all over North America. Btw we just got approved for a townhome that is $1,539 but Jander GroupInc says we can't afford $1,650 a month. Hahaha read more

Do not use this property management company. As stated in other reviews, they are only at for your money. Both renters and tenants alike are overcharged for repairs that appear to either be not required or never conducted. Also, the comments about Andrew are correct. Once I caught on to the issue, they refused to let me out of the lease and attempted to hold me and my property financially hostage. Whatever you do, choose another company. read more

Just like previous reviews. Avoid at all cost!!!! I sent in my application 2 weeks prior to the property being available. It states in their website that applications take 3 business days. After the 1st week passed I reached out. They email the nxt day and say its still processing. Uhmmm ok. Another week passes I reach out again but no reply just a denial 2 days later to say my info was inaccurate or falsified and my references lied as well. It took 11 business days for you to call me a liar!! I had no need to lie about anything. Ive been living in the same house 12yrs never been evicted and a government employee. 2 bank accounts and drive a luxury vehicle. I make 3.5xs the rent. But My references and I all lied. SMH. Just say you used my app fee for lunch. if you look like me You probably wont get approved. You can be qualified and some and still get denied. Ill take this as a sign. Thank GOD. read more

The Jander Goup / (Petty) Andrew enter my home with new tenants while, I was in the shower and left my Door UNlocked.I paid a $2,300 Dollars deposit & they refused to do a move out inspection with me and sent me a list of Trumped - up charges and keep over $800.00 of My Deposit .I rented from the Racist company for 4 years and 9 months, they put my Identity at risk along with Discrimination.I have a video of how clean the home was upon My Move- Out , showing all lights working in the home the refrigerator lights Didn't indicate or show in the red that the filters needed changing , along with receipt of the lawn service, move out cleaning services was completed.Bad company to rent from . read more

It was a challenge getting a hold of anyone at the Jander Group. I had plans to be in town to look at houses as my family will be moving to the area. We left multiple messages trying to schedule viewings at some of their properties. After nearly a day and several messages, I finally received a call back from Andrew. He told me 2 of the 3 houses we wanted to see weren't available anymore. I then asked if we could still see the one that was available. He committed to checking with the tenants and calling me back in the morning. To no surprise, I didn't receive a phone call. I wouldn't recommend them due to their lack of timely response and follow through. read more

The Jander Group owes us money and when we attempted to contact them we were told to never contact them again. We hired the Jander Group to manage our rental property in Marion Arkansas several years ago and we have been very unsatisfied with their lack of responsiveness to our concerns which we expressed through numerous emails and voicemail. Our property was brand new when we purchased it in 2006 and in perfect condition and we followed the advice of the Jander organization as to fair rent but the property still sat unrented for several months. Jander refused to return money that we had owed to us from the utility company. They not only kept the utility company deposit of $180.00 but they also withheld our ending cash balance of $107.81 as well as a clearly documented double-payment they made to the power company but charged us for it ($52.74). Jander's property manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to us when we respectfully requested the payments that were due us. Our calls and emails were ignored. After three months of attempts to settle our account we received an exceedingly unprofessional, rude response to never contact them again. I do not recommend that you do business with this organization.
