So its 2022 and people are out and about!! And I will say that I went to this location with great success. We got a referral here from our waitress the other day and decided to check it out as I suffer from lower back pain and my husband has some neck pain. The normal chriopractor was not there, but they seamlessly operated and got us taken care of. We showed up at 10 am on a Tuesday and were able to get exams and our first visit in all in one and it was great. Mind you this is WALK IN ONLY, which can be good and bad. But it doesn't take a long time. I would say that just know that sometimes there is a few people ahead of you and it can be 20 minutes. But Crystal at the front counter was great, explained everything, answered our questions, and even laughed at our jokes! She was great, made it easy to understand what's happening as you sign all those forms on the ipad. We were seen by a guest doctor and she was fantastic. She explained everything and we both had a positive experience. The place is very clean and the restroom was also very clean. I felt that I was treated fairly, I was explained everything as it progressed and I felt great when I walked away. We both did. We signed up for the deal $79 per month so get all our visits done, and put on my calendar to cancel before being billed beyond what we need. I felt great about it and will be back to complete my treatment. read more

Awesome little place! Your in your out but great service!! My husband is hooked. It's a walk in clinic. There is plenty of parking behind the shop if your worried about that. They have longer evening hours so if you need to stop by after work there is time for that. They offer a member ship program which gives you a bigger bang for your buck! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I called and submitted a cancellation form on July 14, 2021. It's been two months and I'm still being charged. I called on September 16, 2021 and was told there was a "glitch" in their system and a manager would call me back within 24hrs about my cancellation and refund. It's September 18, 2021 and no one has contacted me. It's fine, I'll call American Express and show them all the documentation and post reviews about my experience here, on Yelp and other places. My life has improved since coming here. I walk in and the doctors ask me what hurts, and they fix it and then I leave. It's amazing. I'm an athlete and I'm in pain constantly, but the doctors are able to make the pain go away almost immediately. read more

I've been coming here for 9 months, basically since I've gotten pregnant. Dr. Londyn is AMAZING!!!! She's really everything you'd want in a doctor. Always makes me feel comfortable and she really makes you feel great. The only downside is I haven't liked any of the other doctors. I'm not sure if they were nervous because I'm pregnant? It sucks that this is the only place i get relief but if Dr. Londyn isn't here, i feel like i wasted a visit. read more

I'm disappointed in this response. "Due to the medical nature and privacy standards of your account, this is usually required to be done in person, but we are always here to help successfully cancel if you are not able to make it into the clinic. We regret that we fell short of a great experience for you, and invite you to please email or call us to confirm the best way for management to get in touch if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you." While I understand and respect "the nature of medical privacy", I'm not sure this falls completely within that realm as it's only the business portion of the relationship I tried to communicate about when I called to cancel. I was told that I could not cancel on the phone. I was told that I would have to come in and sign paperwork in person and that it's the only way to do it. Even when I asked again, "Do I really need to come in to do this", the person who answered said "Yes, it's in the contract". So be it. I guess that's what I signed up for. My suggestion to new customers is to give this some thought. What other business won't return unused portions of a subscription when you cancel. Are there some instances of subscriptions that won't pro-rate a return? Of course. But you won't find other chiropractors that will sacrifice short term gains for long term and repetitional losses. Find a good chiropractor and stay away from the Joint. If you are new to Chiro- you won't know what you are missing by going to a chiropractor that treats you better and has more services and personalized service than The Joint is capable of. There's a reason they don't take insurance- they don't want to answer to their business practices. I was told a manager would be consulted and would be in touch. The response I got was a form email stating that the policy did not support my request. I understand that The Joint is legally within its terms of the contract to treat a customer like this. I'm just suggesting it's not good business and I think speaks to the confidence you have in your service that your focus is on short term profit over the long term trust of a new customer. read more

Don't go on here , they charged me $79 when I did even when to any of the appointments they put me on . I call them to cancel and see if could get my refund back since I didn't took any of those appointments and they tell me they could do a refund, no that never happen They suck to be a professional chiropractor I wait for like 2 weeks never call me back with a answer They stole my $79 for no reason And I didn't sing no payment plan for them to charge me $79 read more

OKAY SO I've been to many different chiropractic over the years and Dr.Son is probably my favorite doc. I've had pain in my neck, shoulders, and back which really discourages me from doing anything and I'm so glad I found this place (I think it's new?) Dr.Son says he's there on weekdays and he is so awesome!! He answers all of my questions and recommends the best thing for me in terms of adjustments, exercises, and what not to do. read more

I have tried many ways to alleviate my lower backache over the years, but this is the first time I have found something that works. I would like to say that with one session I was all better, but truth be told, it takes a weekly visit to keep the ache away. Perhaps it is because I slip out of alignment?
