I highly recommend the team on Woodruff Rd in Greenville SC! I had been experiencing a great deal of excruciating lower back pain for several days when I finally decided I'd had enough!! They came highly recommended by a couple of friends and family members And boy am I glad I listened!! I was a little nervous due to the fact I had only ever had muscle manipulations in the past and the thought of hearing my bones snap and pop scared me. After a few minutes of talking with Justin, he knew how to get me on the road to relief. He explained the resolution wasn't going to happen overnight, would take a couple of visits and "time" to get back to myself. with this being my first visit, it does take a little longer. After the adjustment, I could actually walk without pain and felt several inches taller!! I returned the next day for another adjustment and felt even better. I have seen three doctors at this location and today I was pleased to see Dr. Bethany!!! She is hands down amazing at what she does!!! This week was my first experience ever with a chiropractor and today she made me feel so relaxed and FEARLESS!! Her hands are gifted and the comfort and care was an extra added bonus. She encouraged me through her voice and her hands to reassure me I was safe with her. With something so serious, scary, and quick she made me feel seen, heard, and safe. Joint Chiropractors My daughter had a sports related neck injury and was treated at JC on Woodruff Rd, Greenville for three weeks in 2022. The Chiropractors were great no issues, she started to feel better two weeks after the injury and that's when we canceled our membership. Two years later I discovered I was charged from my Health Savings account every month for 2 years ($1,200 total) without realizing it. When I called them they just said too bad, and if I didn't have my printed cancelation proof saved somewhere, they don't see it on her account so they have been charging the whole time even though we only used them for a few weeks. Who saves their cancellation contract? Be super careful with them and double check, in my opinion it's a very unfair and unprofessional business practice that doesn't provide electronic proof of cancellation and will charge you forever and you won't have a way to prove your cancellation if you don't save that piece of paper. read more

I don't feel right giving a star rating, because I have mixed feelings. But my "3" is because I must and should be interpreted as neutral. Firstly, I'm also a chiropractor. I think this style of care is very well priced for people who are in good health overall and may have minor issues to address. If you have a more complicated situation, the model just doesn't support adequate history taking, assessment, diagnosis and treatment. I went in with some pain and tightness that wasn't resolving on it's own and though I felt OK after treatment, the next 3 days I was almost bedridden with pain and immobility. This wasn't an issue of poor technique or skill, but proper diagnosis and precision. I've since seen another practitioner and things are much better. Great price though, if you just need some minor interventions. read more

The front desk girl Allie is horribly rude and runs the place like she's running a prison ward, corporate needs to send her for some lessons in customer service etiquette. Having a job at a front desk you should expect to know how to be kind and smile. As the face of the company they need to reconsider who they are allowing represent them. The chiropratic care was great. Not worth the attitude you have to go through to get to them though. Unfortunately my first review was removed, guess they didn't like what I had to say. Reconsider this business if you enjoy great customer service and kindness. The front desk girl is rude beyond words and they will harass you if you choose to end your membership, you will also get blasted with texts, voicemails and emails along with threats of collections. And if you leave an honest review of the company, they will threaten to take you to court for slander. Just stay far away, not worth it at all. Ok so I waited until my third visit to remove the emotional part from the review. First visit, I felt much better after an adjustment. My husband visit weekly FAITHFULLY and was sick and tired of me "managing" my sciatic pain. So let's just say I wasn't the happy client. But I felt relief and more flexibility afterwards. A tad sore day 2 but was advised this was normal. Thank you Ms. Taylor SECOND VISIT- Dr. Luis performed the alignment and I felt amazing afterwards. I really liked the personal and yet professional concern for my problem areas and a detail explanation of each adjustment with its benefits. He explained what was wrong and how to reduce and hopefully eliminate the pain. THIRS VISIT- well today, I got the full snap crackle and pop! It was bliss! My neck and hips feel brand new LOL OBVIOUSLY NOT but I've suffered with sciatic and lower back issues since the birth of my so almost 9 years ago. I STRONGLY SUGGEST bookmarking this office! After five years of chiropractic and pain management therapy THREE TIMES PER WEEK this has been shy of miraculous. My husband signed me up for the monthly plan at $59 per month which gives me weekly alignments without needing an appointment. Never waited more than 5 minutes any visit and the cost is minuscule in comparison to the relief and the return of everyday life without pain. This place really help me during the first few visits, but my major dislike is that they do the same treatment, stretching and adjustments to all clients and it never changes. It's a pretty standard procedure for what I've noticed. None the less, this place is really good.Way cheaper than anything that you could find. Went to this office today as a new patient and saw Dr. Ric, who I really enjoyed. I have been to several chiropractors and never understood why everyone would say it feels so good after they're adjusted. I never had that feeling. Today I did. I told Dr. Ric he was a good "cracker" and I hope I experience more and more relief every time I go. I highly recommend this office based on first impression. I like the ease of getting in and being seen. I signed up for the monthly wellness plan of $59/mo for 1 weekly visit per month. Extra in between visits are $10 and new patient appts are $29. After MUCH correspondence about canceling my Wellness Plan I received an email stating that the office manager canceled my plan, but their automated system made an effort to withdrawl the monthly payment again. Let's say that their system didn't catch up to the cancelation process yet....hmmmm. I'm glad that I transfered money from my account to assure they didn't make that "mistake" and they did. I have to post that the care was top notch, but their Wellness Plan is not much to be desired. I have to say the customer Service for this business is terrible. They will charge you for services that you did not receive and they double charged my debit card and when my wife called them she was told she would have to contact her bank they wouldn't assist her and then hung the phone up. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and was a skeptic. My husband convinced me it was time for me to go. The front desk staff was very professional and answered all my questions about what the process would be. When I got back with the doctor, he listened to my issues and carefully walked me through a plan of action. At each step, he explained what was about to happen, and what I would likely experience. Especially neck adjustments seem very loud and a bit scary, but he warned me before he did any adjustments. I've been going regularly for over a month now, and am definitely feeling the benefits. There is a bit of a hard sell of their monthly care packages, and the contract you sign does require a 30 day cancellation if you decide to stop going. I signed up for one of them figuring, if I'm going to give this a try and see if it works, I should give it at least a few months, so the 'contract' thing didn't bother me that much. For the same cost as a few pizzas per month, I'm willing to make an effort to improve how I feel every day! read more

Beware. I was told I was buying a 5 visit package - but got the bait and switch deal instead. I said I'd take the 5 visit package. They took my credit card and put a contract in front of me. When I began to review the contract they called me back for my adjustment, so I quickly signed the agreement without reading it, foolishly trusting that I was signing for what I had agreed to verbally - a 5 visit package. What I ended up with was a month to month contract that requires 30 days notice for cancellation. I was lied to, conned and shuffled through so I wouldn't notice what was happening to me. I thought they were trustworthy. A mistake I will never make again. I'm disappointed but not surprised that they have refused to refund any part of my money. They have only accused me of being dishonest. Totally uncool. Not the kind of people I like to do business with. I like the people in the Anderson location and would continue to go there if this Greenville location had made things right. But I can not support a company that does business this way. read more

I am so happy and grateful that I found this place!!! A couple of weeks ago I found myself in so much pain while moving into my new home,  was almost going to the hospital, when my husband by serendipity had seen the sign of this location by the Whole Foods store. After seeing the reviews I decided to come here instead. What a great decision has been! I arrived to this location with a raging pain level 10, my lower back and left leg were having major pain and cramps and was setting my whole body into escrutiating massive pain cramps and spasms. I couldn't be in any position except laying on my belly for short periods of time, and still in a lot of pain and discomfort. Going in the car to the location was pure torture, I couldn't sit either, just barely walk or standing up, which still was too much for my body to handle, basically I was immobile with a lot of pain. I arrived and Nancy was the receptionist that day. She was so professional and kind. My first appointment was with Dr. Rick. He was covering for someone else that day, and I have seen him on weekends after that. He is a God send!  He has been like a  miracle worker! I feel so lucky and grateful he was there from the start of my treatment! He is so knowledgeable professional and kind, something I haven't experienced in a long time with doctors. He cares for his patients well being and goes above and beyond with his practice. I am so grateful for all the healing and kindness. My healing continued through the week, when I met the rest of this location's team. Have been seeing mostly Dr. Luis, which has been a great experience too. Even though they all  have their own different styles, they really read their notes and communicate very well,  they know how to continue the treatment as a whole very smoothly. There is not much wait and the receptionists are always knowledgeable and professional and happy to help.   I am happy to share that what would've taken at least 3 weeks to heal going at least 3 times per week, has been much faster due to their treatment and direction (which I took it at heart) showing  great actual results in just over 2 weeks. Worst costumer service. Front desk with really bad attitude. Today i checked in around 11:35 am 6/2/2020. When i checked in with my joint id i sat down at the waiting area and wait for my turn. The front desk lady (she refused to give me her name) yelled at me and told me to wait outside. Im confused why she is yelling at me. I told her hold on a second let me answer my phone real quick. She stand up and yelled at me again. Maryjane i want you to stay outside!!!! Now im more confused and follow what she said. I went outside then i realized how bad she treated me. I feel so embarrassed. All i did is sat down at waiting room. I went to my car and call costumer service to cancel my membership. But the costumer service told me i need to go to woodruf location and fill up cancellation form. So i went inside and asked for cancelation form. I told the lady i did not appreciate the way she yelled at me when i sat down at the chair.she told me well if u want to cancel just cancel. I told her she doesn't need to be bitchy and she need to lower her voice on me.i didnt do anything to deserve her attitude. So, I gave them a 3 because the doctors were great. However, in the process of trying to cancel my subscription since I was unable to get there while they were open was horrible. I would have gone in to sign cancelation paperwork, but if I could get there to do that then I could go to the doctor. I saw they were going to take out payment. I called and left a message because no one answered. Got a message a few minutes later asking what I needed. Repeated myself In text this time to cancel and could they email Cancellation paperwork. Stay away! This place charges like a subscription. They will automatically charge your debit card each month for a series of visits which in the end may be a cheaper way to do it. However, this is not clearly explained at the outset and you need a 30 day notice to cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel in time they will continue to charge your credit card and if you explained that it was not explained to you in full, they merely pull out your signed document and turn you over to collections. This led me to have to pay for a month of service I did not use because the chiropractor is terrible. The only chiropractor that was any good was one who came in as a replacement on the weekend. Use with extreme caution. Everything about the way they do business smells like a rip off. If the service was good it might be worth it, but it's not. read more

Having recently relocated from another city where I went to The Joint weekly for service, I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the therapists at this location. They don't take quality time with the patients, their techniques are not adequate and on my last visit the therapist slipped their hand sideways across my spine while pushing down, resulting in tremendous pain. I don't feel they care for patients here, just do the basics to rush them through and get on to the next person. What a shame...the concept is amazing and my time at my previous office was fantastic, something I looked forward to weekly. Now I'm considering cancelling service. read more

I've done chiropractic for years, and this is the best plan for "maintenance care" there is. Flat fee gets 4 adjustments a month, with extras only costing $10. I highly recommend Dr. Campos, but that's for me. You have to find the Dr. that suits your needs. If you have any problems with your spine make sure they know and if you want x-rays they are happy to refer you to get them done. You can't get easier service than walking in, scanning your card, and getting adjusted. Also, I've learned that because there's really only two doctors at any one time I ALWAYS call ahead, crap happens and schedules have to be adjusted - it's called life people - get a grip. With insurance one adjustment costs $30, and they only pay for about 1 a month, $50 for 4 is a STEAL, take that bargain and run! I am more than sure that without Dr. Campos' help, I'd not be able to work. They've been lifesavers! Oh, and when I go to Atlanta to visit family, I just walk into the office there and it's almost like home. No hassles, and I'm in and out in a jiffy. This is an expense as important as medicine and I gladly pay it. read more
