Do not give these individuals your credit card! My husband went once over a year ago. They explained some package deal for prepaid visits but then we had a recurring charge for $70 each month. They rushed us through forms on their tablet and never explained anything. Fast forward we now have over $700 in charges and he has only been there once, maybe twice. We liked the staff when we were there but this was so disappointing. We canceled the credit card already. read more

I have been a consistent client for about a year now and have loved every moment of this experience. The doctors are always so welcoming and empathetic to your pains and discomforts. I don't understand previous negative reviews concerning time management. Walk in during operational hours and you'll be seen relatively quick. I'm always in and out within 15 minutes, leaving feeling amazing! Take it from me, it's wholly worth your time. These chiropractors know their stuff. read more

I had a slight injury on my pelvic floor last year and came here. The chiropractor was very nice and very attentive. They gave me great advice and eventually got rid of that pain with their instruction. The prices are very affordable and there's lots of options. read more

This organization is simply unprofessional at the core. If you want the more detailed reasoning, read on. If you don't need context, skip to the last paragraph. :) I contacted their office earlier today and asked quite a few questions to make sure my bases were covered. I was arranging for my husband to see a chiropractor as we are new to the area. We decided this outfit would suit our needs best and I'd been assured that even as a new patient and even if many people showed up at the end of the day, my husband could be seen if he was there by 5:30-6:00pm since they are open until 7pm. We do not live in the area and have to cross an international border to get there which I shared with the morning receptionist and had gotten assurances of being seen as they do not take appointments. Unfortunately when my husband got there, they would not see him. The afternoon/evening receptionist stated she did share our difficult circumstance with the doctor and his response was that he was tired. I've been a successful franchise business owner and understand what it is to have to personally inconvenience myself to serve the needs of my patrons and make things right IF an employee makes a misstatement - but you do it. You take care of someone when they need help, have gone to significant lengths to get to you and your office has misled them. David Torres, the doctor, didn't. Initially my interpretation was that there was a possible overcommitment on the part of staff to take patients but have since come to understand that the doctor decided to CLOSE EARLY. When actually speaking to David later, his general disposition was one of indifference and he NEVER even apologized for the situation. I thought his decision not to easily remedy the situation by staying and helping, but to leave before the end of the business day, was extremely unprofessional. One would assume the doctor himself would have an actual vested interest in the success of the business. I did not get any sense that he seemed to care about the unfortunate experience of a potential patient as he seemed disinterested in even listening to a customers concern, and that says a lot about the person. Additionally, when he'd returned my call under the circumstances of having "received a missed call to this number" he informed me that he was with a patient. I found this strange that he would call someone while with another patient but certainly didn't consider myself more important than his current patient. Only briefly after beginning the conversation we terminated the call of course, his agreeing to call me back... But he didn't. He also did not return the message I left with the receptionist or the one I left on his voicemail. I did feel it perfectly acceptable to express my frustration and I'm not a yeller so it's not as if he had to deal with an unreasonable customer. Despite that a new patient MIGHT take a little bit longer, in my experiences it's not a significant amount of time in regards to chiropractic care. Our lives have involved moving every few years so I'd estimate I've been going to chiropractors for 25 years and am quite familiar with the new patient process. As much as the doctor should build in extra time to see new patients, a seasoned patient who's gone to a chiropractor many years for regular maintenance doesn't require a lot (this detail was shared with the receptionist and I'm told the doctor). Additionally, the largest part of the extra time is actually taken up by the paperwork the patient fills out, which is independent of the doctors time with the patient. Even if it had required the doctor to stay a slight bit late, it wouldn't have been much over. Regardless, at least stay open the total of your POSTED and CONFIRMED office hours. I have to say that this experience was really appalling. I also suggest to all readers of this review that if you intend to patronize this business, brace yourself for disappointment, anticipate a doctors casual disinclination to attend patients and anticipate your importance as a patron is of little consequence, at least to David Torres. I would also add that the franchise to which this organization belongs, provides no outlet for the larger customer base to provide feedback to them. I think this speaks volumes to the priorities placed upon customer satisfaction by the organization as a whole.
