I was not informed of the $25 cancellation fee, but happened to notice it when I checked my bank account online. The policy that I was unaware of states that you must cancel 24 hours in adVance, but that would have been impossible on a Sunday. I think this fee is fine for a no-show, but not in a situation that involves an abrupt, acute illness that's simply out of my control. I will not be giving them any more of my business.
