They never answer the phone any more, I live quite a ways away so now driving further since they're so unreliable Some of the doctors have been good but in some cases are closed with no warning and message on the answering machine says they're open. I believe this is caused by corporate (not allowing them to put msg on their machine or send it's not your 'home' clinic, plus not hiring someone to answer the phone). it has got really bad. I went in with shoulder blade and neck pain, my chiropractor that i see usually was booked so i went to seek immediate relief. While i waited to see the chiropractor in the front office, i overheard the conversation of the woman who was checking out, and i right away realized this was more of a brand heavy chiropractor office. They were trying to sell a monthly sign up and frequent visits. From what i have experienced you shouldn't have to see a chiropractor several times a week. Anyways, the service itself wasn't what i was used to. The gentleman didn't focus at all on the target spots like I'm used to. After the service he basically told me that i should be feeling better, which no. I didn't. Then he tried to market me like they did with the last customer. He was pretty invasive in my personal space as well. He didn't ask for permission before putting me in positions that made me uncomfortable. I've always experienced chiropractors asking before touching. The front desk girl though was very kind, i will say that much. She gets five stars. read more

I've been to a number of different joint locations and familiar with both their positives and negatives (the negatives being the fact that the chiropractors don't even examine you before going into their routine judgment, and sometimes seem like they're trying to get through it as fast as possible). I've been a member at this location for a month now, and they've just been closed without notice for over half the month. Just full weeks where they're closed without notice, then they're open for a single day where it's packed, and then closed again for an indefinite period of time. They rope you in with a treatment plan, make you pay the month upfront, and then are never open at all for you to use all your visits. I wouldn't recommend this location, the doctors obviously don't value their patients. read more

So I have been going to the joint since 2020. I have seen at least 5 different doctors. That is not my issue. I live over 30 minutes away, and have to go out of my way to go there. Back when I started going if they were going to be closed they would email you. I have gone there twice in the last month, the first time was a Friday night at 5:58. They are open til 7. flushing cash down the toilet with a monthly 'franchise' subscription service. I was a member for over a year and went 4x a month. Never saw the same chiropractor twice. They hire new grads that have little to no experience, we are their guinea pigs. None of the chiropractors ever checked my body to discern alignment issues. They all perform the identical sequence of adjustments without examining your body. I ultimately quit after my final 4 experiences over fear that they would create more trauma to my body. During those visits, NONE of the chiropractors were able to adjust my body, no cracks or pops. Each of them said I was really stiff and that's why they couldn't adjust my body. I shouldn't have to pay for the adjustment if your chiropractors can't facilitate the service. Worst was that I had to give 30 days notice to terminate membership resulting in more money lost. read more

These guys are amazing. I liked their Chiro care so much I bought the 2 month package and referred my daughter and her friend. She couldn't bend down and Dr. Joe fixed it in one visit. Mine is older issue so takes longer. But I went from hobbling and wincing to walking in two weeks. Good job docs Joe and Andrew. My daughter got the 2 month package too. For this price might as well because it's less than a visit to some chiro's. I highly recommend this place. Give them a try. You'll be so happy you did! Update since last week. The Joint in Santa Rosa is an absolute gem! All the way from the ladies at the front desk, to the drs. it is a wonderful experience. I am a regular patient at The Joint & have been to 5 different clinics in 3 different states. The one in Santa Rosa is by far my favorite! Dr Saxton & Dr Nick are extremely knowledgeable & effective at what they do. I learned far more from them, than any other clinic I've been to! First time client I am very pleased by the service I received today. Both the receptionist and the chiropractor were very awesome ladies. Informative and caring. This place even after the initial trial $29 discount is so affordable. In the past I've paid $60 an appointment which for me wasn't financially doable. So because every visit is only $35 I can easily afford this on a weekly basis. I feel 100% better! I wish i could remember the chiropractor's name but she is apparently the only dr on site during the week right now anyway. (Brunette woman if that helps) Anyway, I feel so much better already. Miss dr.nick gotta figure out who's working what hours... I was in pain and this guy with a really long head and I guess curly hair behind the counter made the experience less comfortable.. I know when I leave I'm gonna feel better but what I loved about the staff and former chiropractors were the level of passion and professionalism. They used to welcome you even if they didn't know you. They'd answer questions in an approachable manner with a smile rather than a monotone voice with a blank stare. This guy made me feel so uncomfortable. Yes I guess my hair wasn't brushed, it was a hard day. That shouldn't warrant how you treat someone... I was super excited get adjusted and relieve the pain as well as catch up with staff to see who's in when (since it's been like a year since I've been in) and that was my first impression followed with a basic adjustment although it did relieve my lower back pain days later. The former chiropractors were very thorough and asking me the problems patient and waiting for my answers empathetic in the whole process. And above all they made sure I felt good when I walked out they didn't just expect me to walk out. The first time I got adjusted the woman literally measured my legs to make sure they were the same length after she cracked me up. Popped everything necessary without question. This guy rush the answers made me feel uncomfortable asked if he wanted me to pop both knees and due to the circumstances I rushed my answer to say no because he gave me anxiety. I walked out regretting not getting the full service and reminiscing on how thorough the other chiropractors were I will be going back but not when he's in. read more

This is a crack and rack place. There is no true patient care or concern. Dr. Rue doesn't review case history or treat you as requested. I told him three times where I was in pain and he made no attempt to assess the area or make adjustments. I was told this was a good place but found that not to be true. After I was adjusted the way the doctor wanted to (45 secs) spine and low back but not in my problem area, I left with the same pain I had going in. Dr Rue didn't even check if my legs were even. I have been to other joint locations where the doctor reviewed my case with me, treated me holistically provided me with adjustments leveled my legs and gave adjustments where my pain existed and I left better than I came in. After having had an adjustment by different Chiropractors at this location with good results, I had the terrible experience of dealing with Joseph Davi "Doctor of Chiropractic" who violated his Hippocratic Oath by not using the proper techniques nor the equipment properly. He used excessive force and hurt my neck, ribs, and sternum, despite having notes about my case. My life has changed, going suddenly from discomfort to extreme pain. This is criminal behavior and no one that calls himself a"Doctor" should be allowed to take advantage of a patient and the trust deposit on the practitioner by the patient. read more

I brought my daughter there yesterday, absolutely the best experience ever! This was her first time to the chiropractor, and she got her spine aligned and adjusted. The service is really cheap price-wise, I personally think they need to raise their prices, but the results are priceless. The spine adjustment opened so much motion for her back she didn't even realize she had. We were driving in the car after the adjustment, and she turned around to look at something behind her and exclaimed "Mom! I can turn around now!" The adjustment created a lot of range for the back rotation motion. Absolutely amazing. I signed her up for the recurring sessions now so that she can get adjusted weekly. I had my first visit here and it's quite the place! They have monthly plans for chiropractic visits or just drop-ins. Their prices are on par with what my previous chiropractor was charging which is awesome. Appts are very flexible, you basically just drop in whenever they're open.
