I have been seeing an amazing chiropractor in San Diego for about 6 years (it took me years of not so great chiropractors to find him). When we moved to Utah, I felt sad at the idea of needed to start from scratch in finding a new one. We had plenty of The Joint franchises in San Diego and I never considered going to one. After we moved here and I had a new baby I had a lot of neck and shoulder pain and was so desperate that I would *even* give a chain a try--purely because I live right down the street... I will just say that Dr. Arbuckle and his team are AMAZING! The staff are so pleasant and kind and Dr. Arbuckle is skilled and truly cares about his patients. He takes a holistic approach. After seeing him for a month, I decided to get care for my 11 year old daughter who had some neck pain and now he also adjusts my 3 month old baby after she had to get 3 major oral ties released. She's so happy through the adjustments and in a short period of time I've already seen improvement in her imbalances and muscular tensions. I'm so grateful! Thank you, Dr. Arbuckle! Dr. Josh Hoopes is so helpful, kind, and efficient. I have tears of joy this morning as I wake up with no lower back pain. For months, I have struggled to hinge forward and lift my two year old out of his crib. I have tried stretching and icing my back with no success. I would give this zero stars if I could. If you want to pay $30-40 for someone to spend less than 5minutes with you as an "INITIAL EVAL" and to crack you back this place is for you. But being a doctor, I know that any and all legitimate healthcare workers are going to do an initial evaluation and check alignment, etc. No actual evaluations were done. I sat in the waiting room and observed the several various "back cracking" and "neck cracking techniques." No actual evaluation of my spine, SI joint, trendelenberg test, etc were done. Just talked about stuff that even any non-medical moron could say. Don't waste your time. Wait the several week for a normal 45min consultation and/or 20-30min appointments like any other chiropractor. Or stick with the doctor and physical therapy. Everyone knows about RICE for injuries. So glad I spent $30 for an ice pack. I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet. You can't safely do some of those maneuvers if someone has a specific type of injury. AGAIN TO CLARIFY I AM A PHYSICIAN. These guys are ridiculous. Didn't feel any better. Biggest waste of your money. Frauds. read more

UPDATE: This is to replace my original review. I had originally posted a negative review based on my first ever visit to the Joint. The owner of the Joint in Spanish Fork reached out to my wife and I and honestly listened to our concerns and resolved each and every one of them. I sincerely believe that my negative experience was a one time fluke and I will be re-visiting this week and I will post another update based on my second visit. I have increased my star rating to 5 stars based on the caring and personal phone call I received to resolve my concerns. The owner of the Joint seems to truly care about his customers and he confirmed that by the way he explained what happened and the way he had researched the situation before calling me. I got pressured into buying their "wellness plan" spent $90. Didn't use it at all. Was told I could cancel it within 72 hours. I called the third business day and they said they wouldn't give me a refund because it was over 72 hours. I'm not gonna use this service and am stuck paying for it. Don't be conned like me. It's nice to have the option to stop by on a whim. My family was in town from Nebraska visiting relatives and after my initial visit, I made sure to bring my wife & son back the next day and then another son the next day. The location is very clean and open and staff, especially the doctors are very professional friendly and sincere. We will be coming back the next time we're in town. read more
