I very rarely like never give a one star on a business but when it comes to a business repeatedly disappointing me, scamming me, ripping me off, and me foolishly giving many, many opportunities to redeem themselves after false promises due to the staff being so stoned and miserable bare minimum doers that can't Complete basic tasks like use a register, have any knowledge about the products they sell, or even the time to pay attention and greet every potential buyer when one enters their establishment because they're goofing off, hiding in the back office, or decide to greet the younger person who enters after you. This place is run by a bunch of dingbats who will sell you the wrong thing just to shut you up when you're trying to figure out what you do need to buy. If it all possible go anywhere else from here because another thing they do is depending who you are or who you were speaking to within one visit you'll be told different prices and offer different discounts even though the deal of the day is clearly published but they don't give it to everybody. I am absolutely done. Definitely go elsewhere where not every single person that works here seems to be a manager that knows nothing and the business itself doesn't even have an email address; "be lazy & do the less than minimum" is the mission statement of this business.

I personally have to note this was the CLEANEST bathroom in all of the Coliseum of Comics I've visited in Florida. The price ranges were on par with all of the other stores in the state as well. The main reason I wanted to leave this 5 star review was for the young man working the counter in the front. Warm welcome the moment we walked in, attentive to any questions we had, and overall the KINDEST employee we have ever interacted with in the 9 locations I have been to. I unfortunately did not catch his name but he must be college age since he said he was getting ready for his midterms. We fan girled over Hunchback of Notre Dame because of my earrings and I told him to look up 1998 Notre Dame De Paris on YouTube. Having more workers with his customer service skills/ level of friendliness makes a huge difference compared to others we have been to in the past.

The only downside to this place is the price. Their best…read moreselling item is their salt scrub and it's easy to see why. It leaves your skin silky smooth without feeling greasy (which was always my complaint about bath and bodyworks salt scrubs). The scent and color is costumizable. This option is available for most of their products. The scents are arranged at a table in the front in small jars, with coffee beans to clear your nose. Be sure to try the scrub for yourself if you go in, they usually have a few seasonal scent combinations mixed up. They drop a scoop in your hand over their bowl sink tell you to scrub your hands and rinse them off with a pitcher of warm water, it's really very nice. Got me to pay $20 bucks for a tub of the stuff, and I don't regret it it's lasted a long time. Really fun to go in and at least have a look and a scrub :)
