Went to the junction for the first time today for a date night and let me say, I'll be coming back here again. The service was good, the food was amazing (got wings and pizza) and for dessert we had a soft serve chocolate/vanilla swirl which was amazing; didn't taste like any processed ice cream. What an outstanding spot! Beautiful setting, delicious food and lively atmosphere. It's a happening place to enjoy a meal and engage with your community. If you can find a parking spot, you're already ahead. This place is popular! And for good reason... the views are amazing and the food was legit. Indoor and outdoor seating options available with a very family friendly vibe. Once you are situated at a table, you order from the QR code at your seat. I had a pizza and salad... the crust was spectacular and the dressing was excellent. The beer options were impressive as well. My only feedback is that the outdoor patio has a gravel that generates a lot of dust as busy crowds traverse it... and the skeeball machines were out of commission. I imagine those would be popular if they were operational. Service was fast, the food was outstanding and there were lots of great seating options. Let's start with the dirt. We came clean and left covered in it. The parking lot is dirt, the side patio is dirt, and unfortunately, so were we by the time we left. We visited with our two young kids and sat on the side patio near the play structure. The play area itself is great and kept the kids entertained, but be warned, don't wear new or nice shoes. The loose dirt/sand between the parking area and patio gets everywhere. The play structure sits on turf, but it's surrounded by the dirt/sand patio. Both kids ended up covered in it, and with people constantly walking through the area, dust was regularly getting kicked up while we were trying to eat. The tables and benches were wobbly despite being new. The benches were okay, but pretty unstable. They worked for us, but something to be mindful of. The parking lot also had dirt and potholes throughout. Probably more noticeable because the lot was crowded. By the time we left, my husband's new black shoes were brownish-yellow, and my white shorts had a noticeable layer of dust on them. Other than that, we had a good time. The location is good, the food was delicious, and the drink selection was excellent. It's one of those rare places that works well for families with kids while still great for adults who aren't looking for a kid friendly spot. You seat yourself, order through an app, and food and drinks are delivered directly to your table. It's a fairly hands off service, but the staff seemed friendly. Would we come back? Maybe. We really enjoyed the food and drinks, but the dirt was a no starter. If they ever pave the patio, we'd be back. read more

Ok boomers, it's the modern era... using QR menu codes to order and loud music at a music venue shouldn't be shocking. Stop with the BS negative reviews. Don't let the negative reviews fool you, this place is a great vibe. The full parking lot is a sign the place is popular. Don't fault the place the being on a hill. They have lots of parking around the backside on the back dirt lot, just walk a bit. Or walk up the hill. Don't be lazy. The pizza is delicious and priced in line with ever other similar place like this. The food runners, bar tenders, and everyone working are hustling and learning and seem to be doing great. We came in Thursday evening after graduation, (less than an hour before closing) there was parking and several tables open outside by the ship. Ordered through the QR code and our food came out promptly and drinks even faster! We ordered Korean wings and a mushroom pizza. That Korean sauce on the wings was deeeelicious. They are connected wings so that took our adult kids a minute to wrap their brains around but once they did, they loved them! The pizza was well done, nice variety of meaty mushrooms. Amazing newly renovated spot with an wonderfully beautiful view! Its a big , modern space thats dog friendly outdoors. The food was so good it was truly 5 stars and we thought it was good service too! Everything we ordered tasted great especially the pizza some of the best in the area forsure! A negative was that its kid friendly place with playground area, so its swarming with families and kids literally running everywhere sometimes unsupervised. Im not against kids but It was too much. After many years, it's nice to see this location brought back to life. The renovation is very different from what it was before. It's modern and family friendly. As expected, the place was packed. It felt like everyone in Santa Rosa showed up at once and the parking area isn't quite handling the volume yet. Between parking, getting inside and navigating the crowd to get a drink, it felt a bit overwhelming. Service was a bit impersonal, you order on your phone via QR code, I've seen a trend with newer restaurants doing this so not a deal breaker in my opinion. The few times we did interact with staff they were helpful. We ordered a pizza to share for food. To finish we had ice cream. The food was okay, nothing memorable but decent. The drinks were the top highlight, I had two cocktails and felt tipsy, so they are not skimping on pours. To close out, I want add a self centered detail I noticed... there are no mirrors in the restrooms. It feels like an unusual oversight for such a new renovation. The restaurant itself feels almost like a warehouse, I really wish it would have kept some of its old charm. Overall, I give The Junction 7/10 for a first impression, it's a beautiful space with a lot of potential. I really hope they figure out the whole parking situation. here's the good and not so good The good they've done a fabulous job of renovating the space taking full advantage of the amazing view. it's very modern. lots of various areas to sit inside and out games for the kids etc. we shared a couple pizzas that were really well made and tasty The not so good while they do have a lot of parking when they get busy it can be problematic. it was difficult to get printed menus. they wanted you to go on an app. You're kind of on your own to order your own food though we did get a waiter to help us. what surprised me the most was is they don't take cash. we were with a group of girls and we often bring cash to make it easier to split the bill but they don't take cash. that seems really odd I think it might be best for families with children. The Junction is a new spot located in Santa Rosa not far from Montgomery Village and Spring Lake. Parking was a bit challenging, but we were able to find a spot after driving around a little bit. We walked inside and were greeted by a staff member that shared it was opening seating both inside and outside. Our group found a table inside. I enjoyed the wide variety of seating options from the patio, to the deck to the bar and indoor seating too. The patio was packed with families and kids and the entire restaurant was full of groups of people and so many dogs. They also have a kids area outside to keep the kids entertained.  Ordering was pretty easy and was nice with a group as we were able to use the QR code on the table to purchase our own drinks and food. I enjoyed a glass of rose as well as brussels sprouts and a mushroom pizza. Our drinks came super quick. The brussel sprouts never came so we had to flag someone down and they helped get us those. The pizza was so delicious! I'd go back just for the pizza and the views of course. The views inside and on the back deck are spectacular looking over the Sonoma County hills. They also have a fire pit right outside the indoor seating, which is a nice addition. read more

Very nice family and dog friendly spot especially on a nice day so you can enjoy the expansive outside seating. Lots of kids on weekends so be prepared for that. Inside is very nice as well. They don't take cash but ordering is quite easy from the table if one has a smart phone and you can also go inside to order. Good beer selection, food, especially the excellent Chicken Sandwich is reasonable though the beer is on the pricey side. the charge more for local brews than the actual breweries so $10+. Parking can be a problem on busy days but we bicycled once as did others but, oddly, no bicycle racks available. The driveway leading up to the place is steep and in shockingly bad repair which doesn't bode well for when the rain comes. It is narrow and even more so when overflow parking is to the side. My family and I were in the area and thought we'd drop by since we've seen so many people raving about it on Facebook and Instagram. We swung by on a Saturday around 4 PM, and wow, it was packed! I was really taken aback by how spacious the place is; we chose to sit outside where there are tons of tables and umbrellas, but walking through the inside, it's huge! We brought our 2-year-old toddler, and she had a blast sitting outside, enjoying the play structure, and watching other kids run around and have fun. This place is definitely a must-try for families with little ones. We ordered the margherita pizza with added pepperoni and the forbidden fruit (Hawaiian pizza), and both were incredible. Placing an order is simple; just scan the QR code at your table and your food will be served promptly. Finding parking was somewhat challenging, as it seemed like many people were creating their own parking spaces, but I believe this will improve in the future. read more

Had such a great experience at The Junction! Met up with some friends and spent the evening there trying some of their food and drinks. Everything we had was really good and the atmosphere made it even better. It started getting a little chilly outside, but they turned on the fire places which made it feel super cozy and added to the whole vibe. Brand new, tons of people and limited parking spots. Did not stop me from giving it a shot. The indoor and outdoor space is spectacular, one that will rival anything in Santa Rosa. QR code ordering is a nice touch too, especially since the staff was running for their lives. Being as busy as it was, food and drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing was good, and honestly the food was great, we ended up with the shroom pizza and Brussel sprouts. Came here recently and had a really great experience! The ambiance is great-super relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for a casual hangout. A few things that really stood out: -Effortless Ordering: They use a QR code system at the tables, which made ordering and paying incredibly easy and fast. No waiting around for a server to grab our initial round. -Fantastic Patio: The outdoor seating area is beautiful and features lots of shade umbrellas, making it a perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the day without baking in the sun. The only real downside is that while the patio for adults is beautifully shaded, the kids' area gets a bit intense. I would love if the play structure had shade or some canopies over it for those hot afternoons, as the equipment can get pretty warm for the little ones. We had such a great time here! We brought our toddler and baby and the toddler had the best time playing on the pirate ship. My only complaint was that it was absolutely baked in the sun so going down the slide was not fun but he was there most of the time. Food was awesome. Strong Potential They've only been open a week- great ambiance and my husband loved their Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich. However as a vegetarian options we're very limited. Couldn't modify the Italian Chop Salad to have no salami and only 1 other salad was pure veg. Would be great to add a Cobb salad with meat modification options. Would also recommend a vegetarian sandwich or burger as other options for folks to be more inclusive. I think it's a wonderful addition and a great way to revitalize the space. You're not gonna be able to make everyone happy and this is one version of this place which will serve the community well, and I for one I'm on board. The crust is quite tasty on its own, and the ingredients are simple and fresh. I will definitely come here again and recommend it for others. As far as the parking goes, there are three lots. There is a large overflow parking lot that I think may have been missed by some. There are lots of outdoor seats, contrary to another review, there is absolutely a view, and it's a beautiful one of local Hills! a lovely play structure for the kiddos, and some indoor games as well. The location is cool, parking is interesting but ample at opening (11am on Saturday). The layout is super pretty with both indoor and out door options. Luckily, it has a child play structure and lots of children playing which is nice for families with children as this region does not have too family friendly restaurants or places like this. Downside is that the structure is in full sun so can get very hot! Dogs are allowed and welcomed. The food is decent but would enjoy more sides (eg- there is no fries, veggies, or small kids meals). The sandwiches are a cost effective price at 12$/sandwich and the Nashville was good. We also got cheese curds which were tasty. The beer selection is also relieving to me as I love wheat beers and sours (which are honestly at low supply in this region) so there is something for everyone here. I'm really hoping they get better. They have so much potential. We came as a family of 4 on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was chaos. We ordered 3 pizzas, two came out first, and we were finished by the time the 3rd came out. We ordered drinks-one took over 25 min to come out- it was a Moscow mule, they did not add ginger beer, apparently they ran out and filled it with ginger ale instead. My husband got a margarita instead (for free) and it was gross. The food was delicious. All of the pizzas were great, but the drinks and service were sub par. The view is amazing, the children's play structure was cute ( there is a drop off behind it that is pretty scary) I'm hoping they fix the kinks, we may be back in 6 months or so to try again. -Oh! Parking is chaos. The bottom lot is only big enough for one car to go through one way. I can't imagine the amount of car accidents that will happen with the parking alone. read more

They have a good beer and cider selection, open seating with easy ordering, the best view of any taproom in Santa Rosa, and one of the best Pizzas in town. Tonight my family and I tried The Junction for the first--and definitely last--time. I really wanted to like this place. It has the look of somewhere that should be great. Unfortunately, almost everything about the experience missed the mark. Parking is a disaster. The lot feels poorly designed, overcrowded, and in some spots borderline unsafe. Despite it being a hot evening, there was no AC running. All the doors were open, which did little more than let the heat inside. We sat indoors hoping to cool off and ended up just sweating in a different location. The acoustics are equally unpleasant. The entire space echoes, making it difficult to hear the people sitting at your own table. The food was underwhelming. We ordered four pizzas and every one of them arrived greasy and soggy. The crust lacked any real structure, and nothing we ordered stood out. For such a limited menu, I'd expect at least one memorable item. Then there are the drinks. No soda refills. In 2026. Enough said. The real issue, however, was the service. Three pizzas arrived quickly. The fourth--mine--showed up more than an hour later. Since everything is ordered through a QR code, there was no server to check in with. After tracking down an employee, I waited another 20 minutes before my pizza finally appeared. When I asked for another Pepsi after waiting over an hour for my meal, I was told I'd have to buy a second one. The worker said he' would send a manager over. The manager eventually came over and offered to refund my meal (which I didn't even ask for) and would bring me another Pepsi. Neither happened. That pretty much sums up The Junction: lots of promises, very little delivery. This place has potential, but right now it's all style and no substance. Save your money and go somewhere that understands the basics--air conditioning, edible pizza, and following through on what you tell customers. read more

Parking is atrocious. QR code to order food aka no waiter to help with any needs. Asks for a big tip on online menu when literally no one is helping you. One of the girls was super rude to my wife and my friend for no reason at all. Very impersonal all around. I cleared plates from our table 3 times (party of 15 who spent a lot of money) cause no one else did it. 2 stars cause I one dude was super cool and food was yummy. Side note: play structure is not up to code in case anyone's kid gets hurt on it. All this said the lack of hospitality is by far the worst part. read more

Tons of kids, but sections where it is a bit more adult-friendly. Will definitely be coming back for the food and the vibes, but the reason I take off a star is the first-come, first-served seating. During our dinner , we were bothered twice by other patrons asking how long we would be using our table. We were in the middle of eating and had only been sat for about 30 minutes. They continued to stand a few feet away and made us feel rushed to finish our meal. I feel like the section near the play area and bar could be first come, first served, but considering how popular they are right now, better organization would be appreciated. read more

The well thought out remodel is spacious and bright but the hard surfaces make it very loud. The beer selection is excellent and the pizza a tad better than average but it is the great view that is the reason to visit. Parking can be a challenge and you will need a smartphone to order anything. A server will deliver your food after you order it via your phone and cash is not accepted which I find annoying. It is definitely worth a visit but repeat visits are a question mark considering the self-service aspect. read more
