Just used this service and it was amazing. I had purchased a bagster at Home Depot for $30.00 and filled it with all of our materials from a bathroom remodel plus an old gas fireplace and various odd and ends from our garage. I was planning to call Waste Management to pick it up when my contractor told me about these guys. We had the bag in our garage, off to the side. With Waste Management you have to put the bag either in your driveway or sidewalk and when filled to the brim it can be hard to push, pull and position. Nathan and his team backed their truck into my driveway and emptied the entire bag within 10 minutes and even folded it up nicely (back to it's original size). I didn't have to lift a finger or try to figure out where to place it for easy pickup for Waste Management. Total cost with Waste Management would have been $150.00 ($30.00 bag + Waste Management pickup fee of $120.00). I was quoted a price of $99 and that saved me over $50 - and I get to keep the bag. Scheduling with Nathan was easy and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule. I recommend these guys 100% and plan to use them over and over. read more

I unknowingly called after hours, but still was able to get someone from their team on the phone, which was great since I had to leave messages and submit online forms to the other competitors that I tried. The associate quickly and professionally took my information and was able to book 1 of his trucks and a crew of 3 to come to my house 3 days later. The arrival time that he mentioned to me on the phone was spot on, and the group of 3 guys did an absolutely amazing job, working through the heat and only stopping to drink the water that I offered them. They cleaned up everything and were very nice and respectful when I chatted with them. Nathan and his team were able to remove the junk from my father's home and did an excellent job. The pricing was reasonable and everything was move quickly and efficiently with overall professionalism. In my case, Nathan truly was a life saver. My father was scheduled to meet Nathan for a quote on junk removal as he prepared to move from his home of over 30 years. When no one answered my father's door Nathan called me. His call alerted me to something being wrong with my father and saved his life when he was found unconscious inside his home shortly after. We'd like to give a shout-out to Derek Wafford, who came with Jesús the day before Thanksgiving 2023 to take a sofa-bed to Goodwill. Derek heard our concerns about protecting our hardwood floor: instead of putting the couch on the dolly (as might be expected), he indicated to his partner that they'd carry the quite heavy couch through the apartment out to the carpeted hallway first and then use the dolly to the elevator. It still amazes me when I'm able to run into good people that are so willing to help and assist In the time of need. Bryan, Antonio,Tim and Mitch were so willing to assist me as I had no more strength to lift my dresser and other items during my move day. Without hesitation they came to my rescue. I never thought I would say this but , I love the junk trunk ! I called and spoke to nathan and he responded right away ! I said I had junk sitting on my driveway that I wanted to get rid of and he said he would see what he could do . I debated between 4 and 5 stars, but ended up giving 5. Best price and very helpful workers. I was not a glamorous job of digging up and removing bricks from a back yard. The guys did it efficiently and always communicated when they had a concern. Only issues, it was originally scheduled for a day earlier but they didn't bring proper tools. I had let owner know exactly what the job was. Not a huge deal since my schedule was pretty flexible during the week. I can definitely recommend this company. AWESOME!!! professional hard working and wonderfully polite. Rates were below what I expected to have to pay. Had my old house with some stuff in garage; construction materials and yard debris. I hired The Junk Trunk to remove an old couch and recliner chair for me. Nathan was very nice on the phone. He gave me the price at the time of my call, and that price did not change. He gave me a one-hour window for arrival, and was here toward the beginning of that time frame.
