Veterans Administration purchasers and using USAA bank for all our financing and insurance needs (Which is home branched in Texas). We pigeon holed her to a specific area, and I gave her a no higher than price range to deal with. My fiancé was picky and didn't want to remodel a lot. You get my point, we weren't very flexible. However, Mrs Shafer worked with us and my hectic schedule to show us multiple homes, until we decided on our forever home. She didn't try to push us into a home we could barely afford, or outside of the school district we demanded. She worked with us to negotiate a fair price with a difficult seller, and was available pretty much 24/7 by phone, text, or email. She helped me overcome some difficulties that popped up during the experience and gave sage advice. I'm telling you, you want Mrs Shafer with you on your side of the table, and we couldn't have been happier with her performance as our representative.
