We come to this location multiples times because not all franchises are created equal! We make the drive (25-30mins) to this particular location because of Junior. The customer service received from him has always been above par. Quick Side story- one the many times here, my husband dropped his keys here- we didn't realize it until we were within a few miles from home. We called the place and Junior stayed over business hours to hand over the keys, that were turned in by a customer. Aside from awesome customer service from Junior and Humberto, the food is always on point. We usually get the wraps and build to our liking. Unlimited sauces is a plus cus we are sauce people. IYKYK. Love this place for fast, delicious kebab wraps I don't get to this area very often, but when I do I always grab a wrap here, either the basic one or the next one up with the French fries and hummus inside You can also get the same ingredients in bowls or plates, but a wrap seems most apropos for kebabs, yes? :) Don't sleep on their great sauces, either, from the wonderful garlic to the spicy cilantro Of course, I would never grab a few extra to take home with me... Love the food here. The lamb and ground beef kebab is halal which is huge if you care about that. Not many spots in this part of the valley accommodate that. One of my favorite lunch spots for the variety and flavor. But today, it was the service that moved me to add a review. I ordered a wrap but after eating halfway through it, it barely had any protein in it. I went to the counter to order a side of Kofta and the employee said, "No problem, we'll get that for you, and it's on the house." I know this may come off as a small act, but it's one that goes for when a business does the right thing right away. No haggling or explaining, just resolve. Picked up an online order, came home and saw my order with 2 kofta orders that mind you is extra charge was extremely burned and not salvageable. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. I called to inform them and instead of offering a refund for the item, they said if I go back they would offer me a discount. So I should make a trip back waste my time and gas to accommodate for their bad quality in service? Nope. Straight to the garage. Woof. I wanted to like it - I was almost hungry enough to make a dent in the MASSIVE wrap- but everything was so bland and just had no flavor. Saffron rice didn't taste like saffron (barley tasted like anything), the sauce tastes more like mayo than yogurt, the pickled onions needed more acidity, the veggies were Meh, and the dry falafel and (admittedly moist and well cooked) meats had no seasoning to speak of. I stopped eating while still a little hungry because the food just was not good. There are so many authentic Mom and pop shops in LA, especially in the valley.
