I have been a customer here for years. Lately the wash experience has been slipping- mostly the car is not even mostly dry after coming through the wash. But, they are in my neighborhood and the price is reasonable and they always have strong vacuums. Tonight, however, when I came out of the car wash I noticed multiple scratches on my windshield that had definitely NOT been there before. The scratches were equidistant apart. When I brought it to the employees attention he said the brushes are so soft he can put his arm under them and he won't get hurt. He said they have never gotten any complaints and my scratches must have come from someplace else. I understand that they have to say that and they don't want to be liable for damage. However they KNOW me and know I am not a trouble maker and know I don't just come looking for a payday. I am going to have to pay someone to buff out the scratches and they have lost a very long term and loyal customer. read more

I've not made Key West a regular stop in my rotation of car washes for a simple reason: it's never completely clean after going through the ringer. At less than $10 for a basic wash, it's definitely affordable but I've yielded very similar results even after choosing more premium packages. There's always water spots on the windows, bird poo / highway bug splatter / wet road debris will somehow remain on the side, front, and back of the vehicle. I think the folks who work here are nice, but they've also not been that thorough with the initial scrubbing or wheel treatment. The fact that the wash is so quick makes it somewhat underwhelming, but I imagine this is good for people who are in a hurry but have a dirty car. If there is a big thumbs up, it's the vacuums. They're free, powerful, and definitely do a good job of sucking up items and hard to reach places on the interior of the vehicle. While it might be popular it's also never an issue finding a spot to park for vacuuming and the wait is never too long to enter the car wash. The next door carwash isn't much better. I would only go here if in a bind and would recommend being very assertive to the folks washing the car before the main wash. Once done, be prepared to towel off the remaining bits on the car. It's not ideal, but it's likelier to happen here than most other places. read more

The wash was quick and easy, however, I had bird poop all over the back of my car and a lot of the bird poop was still there after the car wash was done. The dryer also did not completely dry my car as there were several water marks on my car after the wash. I guess you get what you pay for. This may be a good place to get a car wash if you just need a quick and easy car wash for a car that isn't too dirty to begin with. This car wash is right next to Mister car wash, but I prefer key west because it is much faster. For $14, I drove my own car through the wash, which apparently is the longest car wash tunnel in the city. My car was very clean afterwards, and I was more than pleased. When I have time, I'll stop off and partake in the free vacuums to clean up after my two messy kids. Honestly, I've never had to interact with the staff but they seem nice as they guide my car onto the tracks, smiling and waving. Will definitely be coming back here. read more

When I told the attendant my car was still dirty he scratched his finger nail on the hood of my white mercedes and said well what do you expect you got the $6 wash. Meh I went through here twice. The first time I did the GOOD for 10 dollars and I really didn't notice a difference. I think this is an all or none place. This was a good wash, 8 bucks including tire shine. What's odd is that they have 4 lanes of traffic merging into 2 pay stations, then into 1 line to go into the car wash. It was hectic on a Saturday! So there is an attendant that keeps up with this madness, you give him your receipt and he punches in a code and then its your turn! Once you get washed, there are actually 2 people on both sides that actually DRY your car off with towels. The are convenient for the medical center area or nrg area. Besides that, they don't offer any other locations. For just over $30 a month, I'm use to having the best wash available for a drive thru car wash and some location options. Half the time my cars tag wouldn't read properly for the scanner to accept, so every other time I would go, I would have to have an attendant come assist me with the lifting arm. Literally the worst car wash. I just got gas 5 minutes before coming here so I know what the area around the gas tank looks like. Came out of the wash with scratches around the gas tank area and on my hood. I asked if I could talk to someone about it and they immediately went jumped to accusations instead of being sympathetic about the signal. I agreed to let my car be ran inside. The dude comes back and says my card declined. Didn't try to run it twice and blamed my card. I even checked my balance and there's still thousands in my account. Hundreds in my other. So for what reason would my card decline other than issues with my bank card or no money? I bank with Navy Federal. My card is not janky or in bad condition that it wouldn't work. This place was super nice when they first open up! Since then it's gone down hill fast! They use to come and help you wipe and dry your car off now they don't! I did the better section which had add on like a tire shine and I got done my tires were not shinny at all! Easily the best machine car was I've ever been to. My car was dirty from over 2 years of stuff sitting on it, and got the car running. Took it through the wash and got it cleaned twice and it looked like brand new. Great staff and extremely helpful. Will come back here again. Only people that complain about it having scratches already had stretches most likely on their car and just want a new paint job. I could tell as I was going thru the wash that it was doing a great job, because I could feel the water pressure up against my car. I'm an avid car washer, and I will definitely go out of my way and come back just for a quick wash. I HATE THIS PLACE. I went in yesterday got my car washed and vacuumed it got. As I was getting in my car I notice my entire driver side of my car was scratched from to back. I went inside and spoke to the worker who stated it wasn't the machine and no one else had complained. I told him I didn't care about any one else car. He said you don't care you don't care I'm not going to look at the video. I said why would I care about anyone else car my car is brand new 2wks old (2019 Nissan Murano). He got very loud another worker came up and said make a report and speak to the manager. The guy who said make a report came out and took pics of my car and said yeah it is from the machine but would not say it in front of the other guy. I get a call today from the manager with very bad English saying come look at the video. I asked him what am I looking at because I saw them yesterday review the video back and forth but wouldn't let me see it. He said come look the machine didn't touch. I said why would I look at a video when your saying the machine didn't touch my car and your not going to fix it. The Manager Isidro yelled and screamed at me with broken English I asked him for corporate phone number. He stated I am not going to give it to you. I said your not going to give it to me. I washed my car here for the first time on April 8th and it was in between 4-5 pm after washing I vacuumed and continued to drive home after arriving home I noticed scratches and called the company and no one answered. Called on Tuesday morning still no answer. I decided to email my concerns and got a response on Wednesday. The supervisor said that he would review the cameras and get back to me... he did and after arguing with me about the scratches that are very visible said there's nothing I can do come and speak with the manager Thursday after 4. I drove there and asked for the manager the supervisor said the manager is not here and always leaves by 4! Emailed the company again this time asking to just send the proof and I will move on if they in fact see the scratches that I was speaking of. The manager emailed me the picture of my vehicle and the scratches are not there! Now as business owner or someone who has good customer service will make things right not make the customer feel like a liar. I have the pictures and it doesn't compare! Yes the facility is amazing!
