If there was some real valid reason to give when they would notify us that rent us getting more expensive, that would be great... but they don't. they put a piece of paper on your door and just expect you to pay the hundreds more that they add to rent every 4 months. If something breaks(due to the cheap build) then they will have the worst attitude(Lindsey) and act as if you asking for your home to be fixed is an inconvenience for them. If they can't handle being in the peoples business, then they need to hand it to someone else. These are peoples homes. And to them, these are just little banks.
